Case closed Oakwood Escrow is correct with their response that no personal information was compromised I am also very happy about that and it just took a while to understand all aspects of this issue In addition, it was not until recently that I learned that my deed was e-filed and when that happens, no grant deed is mailed so nothing was lost I am happy with things so go ahead and close this Thanks for your help!

Case closed.  Oakwood Escrow is correct with their response that no personal information was compromised.  I am also very happy about that and it just took a while to understand all aspects of this issue.  In addition, it was not until recently that I learned that my deed was e-filed and when that happens, no grant deed is mailed so nothing was lost.  I am happy with things so go ahead and close this.  Thanks for your help!
