Review: Recently, I lost my sister by the name of [redacted]. She was residing in a nursing home by the name of [redacted]. Located [redacted] She passed on January 17, 2013. Nonetheless, she had some personal items that were placed in stored on, or about the same day. Of course her things were moved without my permission, his name was [redacted]. I receive a phone from the activities directory at 13:57 p.m. , she was calling about the personal belongings of [redacted]. For one thing I'm still in morning! She had the nerve to act up with very and nasty tone in voice. By the way , 30 days is almost up here at [redacted]. What was mentioned to when I originally spoke with [redacted] the director in the facility and the activities director. My sister passed on the 17th of January 2013. Now the activities director during our phone conversation I have up until 16th of February not Sunday the 17th 2013. She went on and belligerent towards me and daughter heard her from the other end of the sofa. Is this the way people who work in the customer service field should treat family of the deceased? I worked In the same fields as they have. Never in my life have talked one in sort tone of voice, whether or not a loved loss was involved.Desired Settlement: What about very stern reprimand. The first should be a verbal warning along with attending classes for people skills and upper respect the dead and living. Furthermore, if that doesn't work than she should be fired.
