Customer was originally quoted $595, but asked for a discount because she was paying cashCustomer ended up paying $Everything was done properly and the third party laboratory approved all samples taken from this home, including the outside sampleIf customer wants to go to court over this we are prepared to go to court

To whom it may concern,Our response to this complaint is that we have done nothing wrongWe sent a certified technician with over years of experience in the businessThis customer is just upset because the results did not fall in her wayAs far as pricing, we think we are below the industry, especially with it being Easter weekendAlso, the owner of the property being quoted a lower price does not make sense because we would not quote a lower price than what we are currently doingAs far as forms being turned into a lab, sometimes the forms do not get filled out until laterIf the test was taken in the morning, we took it to the lab as quick as we couldI would like to apologize for maybe having too many projects going at one time and it taking a little longer, but that is the best we could doI would like to stress the point that I would go out of my way to make my customers happy even on the weekends and holidays

The tests he performed were not up to industry standards and cannot be used as evidence I did not get what I paid for and he did not honor the price he quoted

The ceilings may be cosmetic but is not acceptableI had family in for the holidays and the kitchen ceiling was the first thing noticedOakwood should take more pride in their homesThe heat and air in my daughters room was never addressedShe burned up last summerI don't
think a window unit in her room is necessaryThis is a brand new central air unit and it malfunctioned. I have duck tape holding the sides of my island togetherThe maintence man has been to fix this in the past but the product is junkI will not recommend Oakwood to any family or friends if they do not make all of these things right by me. I am very disappointed in Oakwood HomesThey have very beautiful homes on the lot and I wanted one bad!! I happened to get get the total opposite from the factoryI will take this further if necessary but would like it resolved by this companyThey need to give me what I had expected

I recvd, a letter of complaint, I did try several times to respond online, it didn't recognize the case #, so I am responding via email. Thank you.
We have never gone through, something like this, and was...

amazed to hear that a bottle which was wrapped and cushioned would break, but the others were intack.
Normal procedure for any business would be to return the problem product, but she claimed to have thrown it out.
Anyway, my 78 year old lady, did pack another one to send out, she was going to send it out, last week, I told her not to, for the fact of customer requesting for a refund.
I will just refund this, the 10.00 accusations are not worth the stress this has caused.
Just cant'believe someone complained about salt that doesnt spoil.

For further clarification: The containers were wrapped in paper wrapping not cushioned wrapping. Unfortunately items can get damaged while shipping as the container did. The salt contents were spilled out of the container and in the box. I do not think it safe to pour loose contents in a box for consumption. I hope the business still has my address for a refund. I want a refund for the item and shipping costs as well. Please forward my response to the business.
