I received an e mail this afternoon from the 3rd party warranty service and now they say they have fixed the computer under warrantyI am not sure why I had to go to these lengths to be treated fairly, but I appreciate the help Revdex.com gave me to resolve this matterI have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID *** and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

We apologize for any issues this buyer is having? This appears to be an issue with the 3rd party warranty provider? We are reaching out to them now to get more details? If the item is not working properly due to hardware then we will make sure the item is covered under warranty
