I ordered barrels online from a sure named dirtcheapbarrels.com, filled out the paperwork and was told they would be here around Feb to 12, I started questioning them with e mails, cause there isn't a workinging phone number, I did not hear anything from them till yesterday, I started getting e mails from Steven at Oakwoodbarrels.com, saying they would be here yesterday, I have been trying to contact them all morning and no answers or responces, after reading up on this company I found out that they have taken money from several people 2nd not delivered anything, and no phone number
I ordered wood barrels from Oak Wood Barrels The products have not been received I have contacted the company different times via email and only received one reply which said they would call me with an update on my delivery of the barrels for the *** *** *** They have no phone number listedso I am unable to call them They charged the museum *** card for the barrels ordered, I have already talked to *** Bank regarding no delivery and no response from this company They are looking into the situation

On Oct 25, 2017, I contacted Oakwood Barrels to purchase a used Woodford Reserve Gallon oak whisky barrel I was sent an invoice by the company, and I promptly paid the agreed-upon amount The company assured me the barrel would be sent in the next couple of days I also requested that the company send me tracking information, who the shipper is, their tracking number etc I was told by their representative that they would have the sales rep send the details of shipping I never got any informationAfter contacting Oakwood Barrels again on Oct 31, I received an email from them telling me that shipping details would be "sent over shortly." And that the barrel "was in route and should be there by tomorrow." the barrel never arrived I was out of the country over the next few days but had a friend check everyday for the arrival of the barrel, but it never arrived On Nov 8, upon my return, I contacted Oakwood Barrels again and explained the barrel never arrived, and told them

Placed an order on 02/18/for barrels and have not received an order , sent an email out and they said that the order would be delivered on Monday Feb 26th and nothing has been delivered ,sending emails to the business and getting no response since 02/26/last email sent last night and still no responseIF THEY DON'T HAVE THE BARRELS THE SEND A EMAIL STATING THAT YOU DON'T HAVE THE SUPPLY , JUST WANT A FULL REFUND ON ORDER VERY UNRELIABLE
An order was placed through Oakwood Barrel Cn September 8, with the understanding that the barrels ordered from this company were on their way here on the 11thWe have not once gotten a contact phone number for this company or a confirmation number of any kind, and we have not gotten any estimated arrival times or shipment detailsWe have e-mailed this company since September 8th when we originally placed the order regularly trying to find out where our products are as this cost our company over $1,for products, and all we get in response is an occasional e-mail stating it is in route and we'll get an ETA soonIt is now been over days of trying to get information from this company, and upon investigation it seems they may be fraudulent and are scamming businesses out of money
