I am rejecting this response because:
I feel it is important for customers  to know what they are getting into when they order tables from this company. It should be clearly stated on their website delivery options. Just to have it delivered into the building was going to be another $140 added to the $193 I already paid for shipping and to have it delivered to my office (up an elevator) was going to be another extra fee on top of the $193+$140. Consumers need to clearly understand this when they purchase such a large item, especially since the company does not tell you there is no inside deliver until days after you order, thus making it impossible to return without a 20% restocking fee, which on 2k is a lot of money. It's important for companies to have transparency and integrity when it comes to their products and delivery methods. I cannot be satisfied until the company makes it clear at the time of purchase what their shipping arrangement is and clearly has it stated on their website how their shipping is arranged. I was fortunate to have the delivery fee waived by the freight company... but I truly do not want to see another person go through the amount of hassle I had to. Regards,
