I consider this company to be a big waste of money. Not only did they not perform the annual cleaning correctly as we just found out, but when we needed a replacement unit they were willing to charge us twice the cost. They never once changed the air filter nor requested us to purchase a new one in the ten years that they serviced our unit. the original air filter is still in place. There was a break in the duct work that must have been caused by one of their service men during a course of the ten years as they were the only ones that have ever cleaned our unit. it was badly patched and let all the coolant leak out. This last time at house when air conditioning unit went out the service man showed up and said around 2000 to repair should replace unit and left. We suffered through the next few days at 91 degrees inside the house until we could find someone to temporarily fix the unit Not happy with this company and do not feel that they provided a service to us. I am going to protest the last payment that was made to them as I did not sign anything that says no refund!!! they will never service another unit in our house again!!
Evidently, Linda M. owned and/or managed a rental home. We attempted to reach her many times because we can’t enter a property to provide service without permission of the owner. Unfortunately, she never answered our calls or called us back so we could provide the service. We didn’t know if the property was still controlled by her or if it had transferred to someone else. The equipment on that rental includes eco-friendly washable filters which get washed during service visits and then replaced. They can be reused for many years. Unfortunately, she didn’t know that.
Above the rest especially when it comes to communication; everyone is on the same page.
Courteous and we really felt taken care of. They loaned us portable air until they could get our unit installed. I would give them 10 stars.
