Hello, We have been trying to reach out to *** *** has been out sick for over weeks and has been in and out of the office do to pneumonia*** reached out to advise Mrs *** that we were going to wave the $charge for the second call out since she did not approve the
repairThe approval came from Mrs***'s daughterWe understand her concern and are looking to correct the problem.
