Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint [To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, Please let us know below why you are rejecting the offer made by the business.] Hello, I am looking for a refund of my money and not another class because, I attended my scheduled class date of February 20, and the instructor was not thereI called and a man answered and told me that they had rescheduled the class because the instructor was out sick and he was out of town so he told me I would receive further instructions through email because I needed to renew my license before the end of the month I went back the following Tuesday because I was still basing off the websites calendar for classes as well as not hearing back from anyone and again nobody was there I called countless times and nobody answered nor has answered my voicemails/emails I have gone through another facility that provided me with my service so I really just need my money refunded.Regards, R [redacted] G [redacted]

***,I am very sorry that her email correspondence was not received by our office, but it has been more than a year since she experienced this problemI have gone ahead and reprinted and mailed her card without a reprint charge and I do apologize but it is not our policy to issue free class credits under any circumstances. In regards to Ms *** request for a free credit towards her next class, I searched our VM records and emails but the only contact I have from Ms*** indicating she didn't recieve a card is from May 7th of this yearOur policy on lost cards is that students must notify us within a reasonable
amount of time for a replacement or they are charged a reprint feeSo, as a courtesy I'll be mailing a reprinted card for Ms*** tomorrow, but I will not be issuing a credit for a free class as I have no records she made any attempt to contact us prior to May 7th of this year

I just received an email with a copy of my CPR card but no hardcore has been sent in the mail yet. Thanks so much for trying to help

*** *** was apparently contacting us under a different name than what we had on file for her so that caused some confusion*** did speak to Ms*** a few days ago and cleared that up, he has already printed a new card and mailed it she may already have it
