We where originally contacted on Thursday, April 30th, by Mr [redacted] of [redacted] Ohio to give him a free estimate for exterior painting of his whole house, porch, power wash dirt and caulk as neededI went out on Friday, May 1st , 2015, at 6:p.mand gave Mr [redacted] a free estimate at a price of $3,(see attached fax of original contract)He stated that he was moving in less than yearsand had gotten an estimate for $8,for siding, but did not want to incur such expenseHe stated that he did not want to pay an absorbent cost of $5,or more for the re-painting of his homeHe said that his home was built in That he had his home re-painted two years ago, and that it was starting to peel profuselyAnd that it needed extensive caulking doneI explained to Mr [redacted] after looking at his home, that the reason why the paint was peeling was obvious just by looking at it, and pointed out to him where there was no primer showing from underneath the peeling paint, The contract was written up as a start date of June 1st,per Mr***'s requestAreas to be painted per the contract: Entire house, gutters, and downspoutsPrep, scrape all loose paint and prime, paint trim and wood sidingRepair the peak, soffit and three boards on porch, right board on top front windowCaulk seam on right front and add foam to peak.We then where sent an email from [redacted] requesting a lower price due to the fact that he had already contracted a fellow named [redacted] thru a company called [redacted] where he was awaiting a reply from [redacted] of [redacted] ***, because [redacted] still needed to come back and have job completed and wanted [redacted] to also complete repair by May 18th with repair of windows, one soffit and paint whole houseOn June 1st we revised the contract with [redacted] for $Per [redacted] request, (see attached emails), we did not start painting on June 1st due to rain.We power washed Mr***'s home in May of at which time he had paid the 1/down pursuant to the contract of $913.11, which left a balance of $1,853.89.On the first day we where on the job Mr [redacted] had breached the contract for the first time, and had had his neighbor eplace all the wood that we where to replace in our contractWe then had three employees named Ricky, Billy, and Alex who started on Monday June 8th and worked from pm to pm, on Tuesday June 9th we had Ricky , Alex, and Logan work from pm to 6:pm On Wednesday June 10th I had Ricky work from 7:am to pm, Logan from am to pm and Alex for one hourOn Thursday June 11th Logan from am to noon and then again from pm to 7:pmSean worked that day from am to 7:pm I had a crew there of men totaling 1/hours of power washing scraping, priming and painting, and caulkingEach phase of the job was approved by Mr***, so that we could move forward to the following phaseMr***'s home is approximately square feetWe then attempted to go back on two different days to complete the job and Mr [redacted] did not feel that the wood was dry enoughWe then went back on Sunday July 12th, myself, Leo, Alex, Ryan, and TomMr [redacted] was not home, and the neighbor next door had informed me that [redacted] had hired him to do the job for $and that was hired to help [redacted] finish the houseThis was the second breach of contract by Mr***.The house was in shambles! And the two of them had re-scrapped all the primer and paint that we had put previously applied on the homeAll we had left to paint was a quarter of one side of the home, (all the trim had already been completed by us), and paint the back of the house only, this was all that was left to doMy crew had already unloaded all equipment needed before the neighbor had approached meI then told my crew to reload all equipment and we leftI then got an email from Mr [redacted] later that night saying that his neighbor made accusations that we had broken into his garage and took our own sprayerI was stunned and amazed and asked to what was he referring to?? We had no property to my knowledge ever left at Mr***'s propertyHe said that nothing was taken or missing, but that his neighbor said that he had saw us go into his garageAfter talking for a while [redacted] and I agreed that we would come back the following day to complete the jobThen the following day [redacted] emailed to say that he just wanted to rescind and terminate the contract, that he wanted me to pay him $He said that if I paid him $that he would then not try and press charges, or cause us any trouble with the Revdex.comIf I did not pay him within the hour period, that then the amount would increase by $daily and he would try to cause me problems.I am in such bewilderment and shock, I have never in almost years of business dealt with such an unscrupulous individual as Mr [redacted] and his neighborThe accusations are atrocious not to mention hurtful. We are trusted in peoples homes, banks after hours, corporations, etc I can not believe that some one would go to such lengths as to get out of paying for a jobWe also have [redacted] 's phone number who says that Mr [redacted] ran him off his property without paying him for his work alsoI feel sorry for the next contractor that does work on Mr***'s home and doesn't get paid either, as this seems to be a reoccurring offense that [redacted] has breached our contract and othersUnfortunately this has been an unnecessary learning experience for me and we are pursuing litigation for breech of contract against Mr***.Kindest regards,Clifford B [redacted] PS Please send me an email with your fax number so that I can fax you the contracts

Cliff [redacted] , owner of Oasis Painting ,did a beautiful job He took our builder-quality, raised grain oak cupboards and turned them into smooth, no grain showing painted cupboards They look really great in our re-done kitchen and the price was reasonable for our budget

[redacted] and his team are great and do a fantastic job!!!! They care about there work and do not rush a jobThey painted our outside of our house and it looks like a new houseI will be calling them to paint my inside of our house soonWe have also referred them to our friends and they have used them and have been very happy with there work also Thanks Tammy

I reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint [redacted] , and find the resolution is satisfactory to meAt this point I have no other choice as I am not going to sit around and wait for any other resolutionI will accept the refund and fix the issues myself Regards, [redacted]

In response to Mr & Mrs [redacted] my version of the story is greatly differentI was informed of their visit to my office and the meeting they had with [redacted] and Bruce and within one hour of that meeting I was on the property doing my own damage assessment to see why my salesman was attempting to supplement this claimI spent nearly one hour on the property after leaving a voice mail to the [redacted] s because I was also informed from [redacted] that they were not at the point of firing us yet and I knew that meant I was welcome to check out the claim differences as the ownerThey called me back that same evening and we had a lengthy discussion about what Mrs [redacted] expected from me in order to be satisfactionI was told that she expected me to have their claim completely done by the end of June and since it was only week into June at that ***e I knew I could easily make this happenIn fairness to my salesman who was handling this claim I want to make it clear that while I agree with the fact that he should have done more homework in repsonding to the calls for updates, he was not lying when he said our claims team was handling this as I myself met with [redacted] and sent this claim as a task through our storm system called Acculynx to [redacted] who handles writing these es***ates based off our quantities and scope notes [redacted] for some reason never receieved the task and [redacted] failed in following up by calling [redacted] instead of just saying we were on itI completely understood the frustration of the [redacted] family as I myself would be upset and instead of wasting my ***e explaining where [redacted] made his mistake I was handling this myselft from that point on and I assured the [redacted] s I would have it completed by the end of JuneThen a week later after I was assured that I had till the end of June we were fired and all sorts of bad reviews were sent against my company and this was done on the very day I had my revised Xac***ate estiamte 100% completed and was going to meet the [redacted] s to pick out a siding colorI showed up to their door to speak to them and to finally meet them and simply expain that I had just spent the last days making all my revisions and putting together every order sheet and was ready to have the claim done within one more week and all I needed was a siding color selected as I was going to offer the two sides of siding that were not damaged at $per square instead of the standard $per square for siding and house wrapIn my mind I went to their house thinking they would talk to me and let me inform them that I had been working non stop on this since the prior week when I was first notified of their disatisfaction of *** I can say that never in my years of owning this company was I talked to like I was from [redacted] when he answered the door and immediately started screaming at me cussing me out and telling me to [redacted] off his propertyI tried to get him to talk to me but he continued to tell me what a bunch of liars we were and to get off his "F'N" property immediatelyHe said he put bad reviews on Revdex.com, facebook and was planning on bringning a sign to my office and sitting out front to let our city know what a bunch of crooks we were and that we damaged his satellite dish and failed to take care of itI went to my truck shaking out of disbelief of what just transpired and I decided to at least do the right thing so I went back to the door with a $dollar bill to pay for the satellit that needed installed and he refused the money and continued cursing at meAt the same ***e another man in the house was screaming " [redacted] of here and leave our peroperty now" while moving towards the screen doorMr [redacted] told him to go in the other room and at that point I felt like I was in danger so I simply left the propertyWhile I understand the frustration on their part I also feel they should have talked to me like a human being and I guarantee that if they had talked to me their claim would already be finished and I wouldnt be responding to this email nowOasis never lied to the [redacted] s and I have all the proof of this in my computer down to the day and ***e this was tasked to our supplement teamI also have the revised es***ate with a date on itWhy were we hesitant to start the repairs? Because their insurance company wrote the worst scope of work I have seen all year in the claims that I have handledTheir es***ate was barely over $10,for $25,worth of work and had the [redacted] s given me the ***e I was promised and not cut me short by days, I would have gotten every item on my es***ate approved and replaced within the promised ***e frameIf anyone in this matter lied it was the home owner and not my companyThe roof was 100% completed and we had already paid the contractor in full and we paid him more than we receieved because we had to replace the roof prior to aproval from the insurance for the differences so as it sits right now we lost money while dealing with these complaints for a rookie salesman who simply failed to follow up by making the right phone call, but instead said what he and I both thought to be trueThere are not shingles on the roof that Mrs [redacted] is referring to as it is a separate roof that my es***ate from my sub contractor was over $5,to replace while the insurance company allowed around $because their measurements were so offOasis did nothing wrong in this matter and I personally know that for a fact as I was involved from the moment my salesman was firedI was the one lied to and I hope Mrs [redacted] doesnt deny stating that she would give me untill the end of the monthI offered to pay for the satellite even after being fired but was told to leave the property, so I did Thank you, [redacted]

I just recieved the warranty papers on July 26th and forwarded them to the customers that have been waiting for them I mailed them on July 26th at 342pm They should receive them in a couple of days

[redacted] This company contacted me, using [redacted] from, [redacted] **, at###-###-#### as the mediatorShe called possibly, October5, 2016, to see when the company could come out to make the necessaryrepairsThe appointed date for repairs is set for, October 13th,Thursday, 2016, at 10: am.I told her that since I had already secured my handyman to nail down andto secure the seams with Asphalt Cement, on the doormer, I was notgoing to rip that up and start over at this point in time since I hadpaid my handyman an extra $plus $for the Asphalt Roofing Cement. My handyman offered to do the job for free, but since he had alreadyput in a hour day, I gave him a token amount just to say,"Thankyou."I reread the contract seeing that they said that they would useRoll On Roofing material instead of the Rubberized Roofing material. At the time that the contract was written, I did not know thedifference between the two productsPlus, I trusted that what CliffordSrsaid he would do, he would doI had no idea that I wassigning for Roll on, not RubberizedI took him at his word that hewas telling me the truthI had no clue that he was lying to me.Now that the doormer has been repaired, Oasis only needs to repair, the valley between the two roofsI did ask that they return$of the $because they promised to put down Rubberizedroofing, and instead used Roll On Roofing, even though the contractwas accurate....so it is a matter of my word, verses, what waspromised, by Clifford Sr

Please find our response to Oasis Painting and Services, Clifford B [redacted] , Melissa C [redacted] or Melissa B [redacted] , et al regarding complaint ID [redacted] Upon reading Oasis’s response, one must conclude they are being disingenuous and response is immaterial, irrelevant and incompetent Therefore, we disagree with their response and hereby submit our objection and response Who cares when I am moving, when the home was lasted painted, quotes for siding, etc.? The issues are did Oasis complete the job, break and entry, trespass and threaten people? Also, it is laughable that Oasis would mention a contractor we alleged worked with us and doesn’t even know his full name – just [redacted] from the email I sent Oasis showing that [redacted] (Mr***) would charge $an hour for the job Trespass: Similar to burglary, trespass is defined as knowingly entering onto private property without the authority to do soThe difference between the two crimes is that trespass does not have the second element explained above (intending to commit another crime inside) Trespass onto land is a fourth degree misdemeanor, and includes knowingly entering or remaining on private property without authority to do so As this definition implies, the defendant must have had notice that the land was private, which may be given in several waysSome examples include conspicuously posted signs (such as those reading “No Trespassing” or “Private Property”), actual communication from the property owner or an agent (such as a security guard), or other obvious indicators of private property such as fences or gates(OhRevCode Ann§ 2911.21.) Fourth degree felony: to months in prison Fourth degree felony: $5, If Oasis’s response is to be believable, we are confident Oasis can provide affidavits and invoices for the following (and you Revdex.com probably have additional requests from Oasis): An affidavit from Mr [redacted] that he performed any type of work at [redacted] *** We can categorically state, Mr [redacted] never performed any type of work to require any payments Mr [redacted] can be reached at (***) [redacted] or email him at [redacted] As late as July 17, we were still trying to elicit his help Mr [redacted] can corroborate this “To: [redacted] Jul Mr***, no response is required if you are still busyIf not we still need some wood repair and finish painting the exterior of our house Thanks,” Oasis needs to provide invoices for EXTERIOR paint, EXTERIOR primer, 1/2XCedar siding to repair wood (due to the fact Oasis had painted the area with INTERIOR PAINT) and caulking to be used on the home since the one (1) and only contract states, “Needs extensive caulking done???” Your office has the contract NOTE: Due to the fact the job was not completed, Oasis forfeited any payments Thus, the return of monies paid $plus $(which was never mentioned in Oasis’s response) must be returned to the homeowner We have invoices for brushes, rollers, primer, paint and caulk in order to prep the house upon request THE HOUSE LOOKS GREAT NOWAffidavit from Oasis stating they completed the job The contract specifically states, one-third down and the remainder upon completion of the job As Oasis is aware their job was inferior, sloppy (over sprayed interior paint on windows and doors they did paint) and due to breaking and entry, trespassing and threats to the neighbors like common thieves and thugs, they were fired on July 11, 2015, around 4:PMAffidavit from Oasis stating they didn’t break and enter into a locked garage by jumping a locked fence where No Trespassing signs were posted Newark Police report 15-filed on July 11, 2015.Affidavit from Oasis verifying they have no property still at [redacted] *** They still have their tarps, paint buckets and some old brushes in the garage.Affidavit from Oasis as to why they were charging us $ (see bottom of contract) when we had originally agreed to repair the same for $2, Hence a violation of the contract and us hiring another contractor to repair wood for $ NOTE: There are on-line price estimators for painting projects, plus the neighbor and Mr [redacted] were to charge only $an hour For $2,the neighbor and Mr [redacted] could have painted for hours! Affidavit how Oasis arrived at the $3,then $2, cost to paint house?Affidavit from Oasis as to how they arrived at hours worked because their work was inferior and incomplete, the alleged power wash had no solution only water (neighbors can verify), one worker working on one by area for his time on-site, prepping was non-existent, priming non-existent, caulking non- existent and using INTERIOR PAINT FOR AN EXTERIOR JOB AND THE WRONG PAINT COLOR is laughable and unprofessional When it rained the paint was running off the house! Newark Detective has photos of the house and forced entry.Affidavit from Oasis that it was raining on June We have information from the U.SDepartment of Commerce National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, which specifically shows NO RAIN in Newark, Ohio, on that date We have a report for all dates for the month of June Affidavit from Oasis that we spoke by phone and when after the breaking and entry, trespassing and threats after July to allege nothing was taken or left on-site If true why would we file a police report? Affidavit that we spoke about completing the job If as he says, “My crew had already unloaded all equipment before neighbor approached me.” We have no calls from Oasis regarding this.Affidavit from Oasis as to how can one re-scrape an area if properly scraped and prepped? It is unlikely one can scrape an area properly prepared.Affidavit from Oasis as to why they used INTERIOR PAINT FOR AN EXTERIOR JOB? Hopefully, they don’t blame [redacted] ***! As all can see by the tenor of Oasis’s response, they blame everyone for their ineptitude.Affidavit from Cliff B [redacted] , Leo, Alex, Ryan and Tom as to why they came back to my home on July the 12th, when we emailed Oasis informing them not to set foot on my property again To: [redacted] Jul 3:PM Cliff of Oasis Painting, This email is to inform you that your services will be terminated due to a breach of the contract and neighbor’s complaint of harassment by you The neighbors are not stupid and they know the story about you What is up with all the stories? Big talk and no results Everyone is the blame except you, e.g., one complaint was too picky, allegedly fired Logan because he messed up a job but Logan said you were being cheap; store mixed the wrong paint three times, I wasn’t home even though you didn’t notify us, if you came to work you didn’t need me, etc If anyone representing your company calls, enters my property or lingers in front of my house will be considered trespassing and we will immediately notify the police In closing, I tried to resolve the issue but other contractors and Oasis’s contract state since work was not completed Oasis is not deserving of any monies The neighbor’s police report will contradict Oasis’s allegations that they had unload any equipment to begin any type of work The [redacted] stated, they would attend court if needed due to MrB [redacted] ’s unprofessional and want to be ‘tough guy’ attitude toward them Mr [redacted] Even if this was true, they had no legal right or need to break into my garage They could have worked on the three sides outside the fenced in area One has to question how a job using the wrong color paint, interior paint and no caulk is acceptable! Please stop by the home OR HAVE SOMEONE THIS WEEK, MrB [redacted] could have at least finished prepping and caulking the house, which wasn’t, even though it has been rainy there have been nice days to at least finish prepping and caulking The new vendor and I have been prepping and caulking Also, since it is an exterior job there was no reason for me to be home unless he was finished and ready for payment It has been three months since we signed the agreement Plus, a chance to speak with the neighbors who can give an independent and unbiased assessment of the issue (even though their report to the police does the same) Revdex.com if you require invoices please let us know, e.g., primer, caulk, cedar siding, brushes, rollers, etcwe purchased to complete the job Hence, the only resolution is full reparations of monies totaling $1, and our complaint be filed with any applicable regulatory agencies Disagreements are resolved by evidence and not talk Regards, [redacted] ***, **

I was thoroughly blown away ny this Painting Company from the beginning to the last and final minute Cliff and his crew were leaving my homeI have had many subcontractors over the past couple of years updating my floors, cabinets etcI am not a easy woman to please to say it franklyI have to be quite impressed to actually sit down and write a review, but it is well deservedCliff prides himself in his business and you can tell he loves what he doesHe took the time to make sure I was happy with my color choiceHe even stopped and called me when he didnt like the way the color dried onmy living roomwalland kept in contact with me tgroughout the entire processHe actually went a step further, the way my colors dried on the wallIt looked different than it did on the can to which I had match swatch samples for my drapes and pillow coveringsHe went above and beyond, every little detailI was calm and relaxed on my way home from work while Oasis Painting was working on my home, instead of dreadi?g what you will findCliff's knowledge and skill level aare definately the best I have experienced yetI love my beautiful newly painted walls. His designs turned out great!
Great job Cliff & crew!

The owner Cliff was great about meeting time requirements before the replacement windows His work exceeded my expectation with the beautiful professional house paint, window trim, & additionally with the barn He was also reasonably priced in comparison to about 6-other paint estimates not including the barn

This person has a personal vendetta against me! I did everything that was asked of me to do for the money given

Revdex.com received a call from Cliff B*** stating he is aware of consumer's request and is working on obtaining information from manufacturer

The Licking County prosecutor failed to provide any Findings per Civ Rsee attachment
As your department can clearly see an honest person doesn't nor should find the need t continually change their business nameThis vendor took money and didn't provide a service per Ohio Revised Code 109:4-3-which you, the Revdex.com, has witness statements attesting the alleged contractor didn't perform any work and broke into one's property
Second we have filed a complaint with the *** *** *** *** File No***)regarding case No.*** due to the fact the court perjuried themselves (see enclosed letter which the court has of yet addressed and why the court on three occasions cancelled the hearingThe prosecutor falsely alleged we weren't attending the trial (letter July 21,from prosecutor)
Third, one must question why Oasis ran like cowards and failed to agree to an arbitration hearing (Revdex.com Complaint No*** and his response to the Revdex.com agency was perjurious and unsubstantiated
We will pray for MrB*** because he is a sad and despicable person who has no tangible skillsBut steals from others
MrB***'s activities should be reported to the Columbus and Delaware prosecutors and all claims against his and any of his associates social security numbers should be enforced to protect other hard working consumers

Oasis Painting has been my go to company for several years now I have had their crew out to do a number of smaller jobs that were more than I wanted to tackle I have also had them paint my entire house exterior and was very satisfied with the work, cleanliness, and how they treat the customer Their work is very high quality and their pricing is extremely competitive Honesty, great work ethic, and quality craftsmanship are hard to come by these days Oasis Painting hits all three of these keys to quality

I just recieved the warranty papers on July 26th 2017 and forwarded them to the customers that have been waiting for them I mailed them on July 26th at 342pm . They should receive them in a couple of days

My experience with this company was very poor. When I met the owner, [redacted] he sold me. Very likeable guy, he explained how he has painted for 25 years and how he has great reviews on Revdex.com, [redacted], and [redacted] (not sure how). But after that it was all downhill from there.
I wanted 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bath, a staircase, and a hallway painted. All I wanted was to paint everything a neutral white in preparation for selling my house. Some of the walls were already a white color and some were not.
Anyway, first of all, they ran in and out of the house literally every 5-10 minutes. Kind of annoying but whatever. Secondly, if they could get paint on it, they did. Doorknobs, light switches, CARPET, outlets, sinks, toilets, trim, windows, furniture.. Literally everything. Not that it was big spots or anything, a lot of it scratched right off but a true professional painter would have never made such amateur mistakes. My wife and I painted several rooms in our house when we first moved in it and it was our first time ever painting and we didn't make near the mess they did. When I told him about the carpet, instead of getting on his hands and knees and getting it out he told me how I could do it with hot water. Why should I have to do it? I didn't make the mess.
Secondly, he cracked my bathroom sink in half standing on it. This didn't really bother me because he did immediately go buy the exact sink and replaced it for me (although they hooked the water up backwards).
I feel they rushed through it as fast as possible. It was a group of 5. They painted all that in roughly 5 hours. I had worked a 12 hour shift the night before so I was halfway trying to sleep and when they were done I just barely scanned the rooms and was alright with it. I was too tired to observe. They left with wet paint still on the walls. After they left, I took a quick nap and then my wife started cleaning up (dirt was tracked in EVERYWHERE, they did offer to sweep though). That is when we noticed all these mistakes. Once the paint had dried, we noticed some of the old color still showing through in basically any room that wasn't white already. Even the ones that were white still had uneven streaks and haloing around outlets. I called him up and asked him to come back and fix some of this stuff. He apologized and scheduled another visit for a week later (which he came through for).
Another little mistake they made was when they peeled the tape off, some of the fresh came off with it, and they didn't touch it up...They just left it.
So when they came back I had to point that out, and I let them go through and fix it. Once it was done, I go back in one of the rooms and I still had to point out where I could still plainly see the old color still coming though the white (blue). Sure, it is kind of a hard color to cover up but YOURE A PROFESSIONAL (well, a "professional" I should say). I should not have to tell you these things. They finally just put a whole new coat on it. I am still not convinced they put a whole new coat in my half bath downstairs like they claimed because it still looks blotchy but once I got them to fix the blatantly obvious mistakes I was just ready to get them out. They blamed it on a couple new guys.. Sorry man, if you're the pro then you need to supervise your men and make sure they are doing the job right.
Initially, I didn't think the price was all that bad. He charged $1325 for basically half of my house (2200 sq foot home). Now that it is all done, I feel like I flushed that money down the commode. I would rather pay more for something to be done right. I truly feel I could have painted with the same quality. It might have taken me 10 times longer but that is about it. [redacted] and his crew were all nice guys but as far as the quality of their work is concerned, I would rather have paid a jerk to do it if he would do it right.
I don't wish for them to lose business because of this review, I just hope that they will learn from it. If they would just SLOW DOWN a bit and take their time, I am sure they could have managed to now slosh paint all over the place. I don't think they gave it enough time to dry before adding the second and third coats. I am no pro but from a little research I know that you need to let it dry before adding another coat. I was not at all satisfied with the job.

[redacted] and Oasis Construction have literally gone back and forth on the enormous lies that have been told about myself and my company.  I chose to let him take me to court to allow the judicial system to determine my innocence in this very important matter.  Attached you will find the court documents where this case was dismissed.  Most if not all of the allegations against myself and my company are all false and would like [redacted] to seek some type of mental help.

I had oasis over to paint several rooms inside our home. They did an amazing and very clean job. They had everything done in the time line I needed, and worked with me to make our home look great again. I would recomend them to all of our family and friends. Their team is so respectful and kind they did a very good job
