We have a contract that clearly states we do not give refunds of down payments after a certain amount of time and after we have started the projectWe were more then willing to finish the job and it was the customer's decision to cancel

I gave a downpayment of $4,to have my deck builtAfter getting the money they refused to return my calls and textsThey never built my deckThey took my money and ran awayI have an outstanding judgement on this company and the owner is still refusing to pay me back the downpayment and court feesI am still waiting for my money backDon't trust these people

On a scale of 1-10, Kris gets a 20! Kris brought ideas and cost savings to the table that we never even consideredDependability was awesome as was their "Can Do" attitude! We were so impressed that we called Kris back for a second project - and NO DOUBT there will be more!

In order to get your refund you would have had to sign the back of the contract and cancel within business days from the date of contractDue to the fact that we had already started demoing your old deck and we're ready to start the framing of your new deck, we can not refund your down payment
We only refund down payments if the contract was cancelled within the days and we have not started working on the project We started yours on the day scheduled and had everything ready to start Because you decided to cancel after the fact because of a couple things you read online, you are in breach of contract and that is your choice to do soWe are not liable for issuing any refund if you did not allow us to finish your project according to contractWe are a growing company that like many others starting out have had a couple complaints which you may have read But we have many many happy customers that are happy with the work we didThe fact that you are insulting our company on social media after you wanted to cancel and not allow us to do the job, is misleading to others and is losing us businessI am sorry for the circumstance we are in, but it was your decision to cancel with us after we started workingWe do not give back down payments just because someone wants to break our contractI wish we could have full filled our part for you but there is nothing more we can do

The cost we expressed are accurate and we did have to pay labor to numours employee hours that have all been added up in previous costs breakdown

Oasis Deck and Spas provided very poor service on trying to install crown molding to my home and wasted half of my materials that I purchased because they didn't know what they were doing After about months on the job and making more of a mess of the situation, I finally had to fire them They also charged my credit card twice without my permission and called it an error I'm still in a fight with them over a credit card refund of over $ They are terrible in returning calls and always seem to blame their employees that they hire off the streets for any issues They don't seem to take responsibility for their own actions The feedbacks they have on their website are customers like me who found out either during the project or after about the poor work or charging more money than they should Don't hire this company and don't trust them for any work, many others have complained on their facebook page which they have taking it down due to the bad comments

We are attaching the cost breakdown of the job which we have had to pay out of our pockets to complete the job thus far. This is a custruction context project which on the back of the contract in writing it says price is subject to change due to instinces that arise which did. We were not aware of...

how much extra full dirt and gravel we would have to end up using as well as bobcat work and due to the fact his back yard is on a slop the eump truck could not dump the gravel in the back so we had to pay for more labor and bobcat work to move from the front to the back. This is the price we agreed on. I will pay 3882.50  when the project is complete. Paying what you are asking would bring the project up to 19,382.50. I had two other company's besides Oasis that were under that price. Your company won the bid and now you want to change it.    I have met part of the contract I expect your company to do the same.

What would happen if I paid him the extra money he is asking for to complete the project and then just before finishing he comes back and says oh by the way I need another $3882.50 to complete the project.  As far as some of  his expenses go, I had a general contractor come out and price the materials that were here: forms $1,700.00 only about $300.00 of forms are here and some were used, Re-bar he has listed $550.00 only about $200.00 was here, 13 days of labor, he was not even here for 13 days an a crew that he hired, he let them go and did not pay them and they will be contacting the Revdex.com as well. I still feel that the only way this can be resolved is that Oasis Decks and Spas should reimburse half of the money they collected from me. I am not seeking all my money back but a portion That I feel is fair.
