I am rejecting this response because: Oasis dental lies yet again If I don't have a car why would you refer me to another dentist so much further away? The reason you didn't want to treat me is because you missed an infection in my mouth for months because you're a terrible dentist The reason you didn't want to treat me is because you didn't want to offer the discount that the *** *** who works the counter offered me You are a terrible dentist and I moving forward with my complaint with the health department If I would've known you were a 1,on health grades I never would have come in If I would have known about your ridiculous religious beliefs, I would have never come in Hopefully, I'll see Matt or someone else from the office, and I'll show you just how unafraid I am

The information about your treatment here is incorrect.We have given you contact information to a specialist that is better suited to meet your needs as a patient As far as we know, you have NOT been to the specialist.Multiple attempts to communicate with you over the phone have failed
and it is has been impossible to speak to you in person Your fear of speaking to us in person due to your anxiety levels has made it impossible to not only meet your needs, but provide any follfor your care.The fact that you do not drive or have a vehicle to get to and from your appointments safely has also made it impossible for us to treat you in a timely manner.We will not be issuing a refund. Please follwith the specialist's office and also the new General Dentist that has established care and is currently treating you.

notes from my AP Manager below:   The past debt of $515.80 is from treatment rendered for dependents for date of service 2/1/17 patient portion due to insurance did not pay $127.00 and date of service 2/23/2017 $125.00 totals $252.00 for dependent children. Remainder $263.80 is for treatment for [redacted] for date of service 8/27/17 for root canal, buildup, and crown which was cemented and completed on 9/27/2017. $159.90 remaining balance is the fee we pay to our collection agency Marigold which we reported the past debt to since patients did not respond to months of statements and 4 collection letters.   Our company agreed to settle on the treatment debt of $515.80 and did not charge the patient the collection cost that we will still have to pay to Marigold. Patient has now settled and paid in full the amount of $515.80.
