After 4 months my floor started cracking all over *** kept giving me the run around saying he would come to fix it. It has be over a year and the deck has only gotten worse. I have decided to seek legal action. The floor is a hazard and needs to replaced by someone reputable not these thieves.

Desired Outcome

I would really like to have my money returned so that can have an actual decent company redo the work.

Signed contract in June 2019 and paid him $6500 and did a little bit of work in June and in almost 4 months has not come back to finish the job.
I signed the contract on 6/3/19 to demolish the old tile deck around the pool and install a new Eurotile deck. The owner, ***, indicated the entire job would take 3-4 weeks max. I gave him a check for $3500 on 6/3 to start demolition. They finished the demolition the first week and on 6/10 he asked me to give him the second check for $3000 to start the installation of the deck. That week his crew was here a couple of times and poured a little bit of the product. He promised they were coming back the following week to continue but he never did. After June he has not shown up here again. I have been calling him and he does not pick up. When I text him he responds a couple of days later with an excuse and is always telling me they will be here next week but never shows up. The last contact I had from him was last Friday 9/20. I texted him to find out when they were coming and he responded "Guys can't go today raining, planning again for Monday!" They did not show up on Monday so I texted him on Monday 9/23 and asked "Are you guys coming tomorrow." I got no response. I texted him again yesterday "*** when are you coming? you said Monday and it's already Wednesday and it hasn't rained." Still have gotten no response. This has been the pattern every week for almost 4 months. He took my $6500 and has not done the job my backyard is destroyed and I have no idea if and when he will complete the job.

Desired Outcome

At this point my best resolution would be for him to refund the second payment of $3000 for the installment since he did not complete the job and I will get another company to finish it.

sent me a text on Friday 9/27 saying they would be coming on Monday to finish the job. Today, Monday 9/30 he sent me a text saying they would be here tomorrow 10/1. I don't believe him until I actually see them here. He has been sending these types of texts for 4 months.

10/2- they came out yesterday and poured some of the material on the yard. They did not complete the job. This morning *** texted me indicating they would be coming back today in the afternoon when it stops raining.

Yes ,week been working in Mrs *** residence over a full months , but no prevail because the rain,I called her yesterday on October 1, and started back at her house, and should finish within a week to 19 days if weather permitting?

Guys came on Saturday 10/5 for a few hours and poured more of the deck material but they still have not finished.

Hiring *** to resurface our patio has been an unmitigated disaster from the start. Bad product and horrible service. We have breaks in the surface.
We hired *** from Oasis Designer Inc, which apparently his alternate business name, October 9 2018. We had a big job of demoing existing tile, large planters that were on each corner of the patio that would need concrete poured to replace the planters. We were told the job would take 3 weeks to do, no problem! The job started on October 9th, and did not get finished until November 16th, 2018. He could have EASILY finished our job on time had he not disappeared for DAYS every single week. There is always an excuse for where he was and that he would be back such and such day and then just not show up and not call. So many of the issues we have had I have also seen other people on Revdex.com with the EXACT same complaints. We were just so happy that he finished the job we didn't really care that some of the work was VERY sloppy and not very well finished. He left alot of debris in our back yard when he was finished and promised he would come back for the pallets and his ladder the next day. Those things sat in our back yard for 2 months. We haven't spent much time on the pool patio since it was too cold to swim once he finished until recently. On May 2, I contacted *** devastated that we had a piece of the cool decking peel off already. We were just getting ready to host an event for the first time since having the patio done and were desperate to have this fixed on time. I called *** to tell him of the problem and he said he would be out by May 15th to fix it. My wife also contacted him. He told her on May 7th that he would actually be able to come out that day or the following. No surprise that he did not show up those days or call to say he was not coming. She contacted him again. His response was once again, I will be there Thursday or Friday of the same week. Once again, no show, now call. Since then he has quit responding to our calls and texts. In the 2 weeks since this problem started, we had noticed that both areas where concrete was poured has cracked around the perimeter and the whole area is completely sunken in.

Desired Outcome

We want our money back, with have zero faith the project will be repaired with quality work and expect more of the run around from ***. We are getting our lawyers involved.

tryingTo resolve problems, Always 2-sides to the story Last year on end of September sign contract to do concrere work for Pool deck, I told them would take 3/4 weeks to complete. after running into plumbing problem not in my control the jobs was delay 8 weeks and finish with warranty stated #5 cracks that resurfaced not covered under warranty, 6 months later on May 2, 2019 Mr *** send me a text saying cracks resurface and if they don't here back in 1-week they were getting there attorney, I text him and told him that we have to schedule the repairs after 15 days ,I told them I would go see the cracks to leave gate open, but was so busy didn't get a chance, on Monday 27, 2019 Mr *** text me with foul language saying that I was unlicense and engaging in fraud and going to report me to Attorney Gerenal of Florida, I told him a have Miami Dade license, he's telling me there's is no such thing!l I told him I will go back and fix it , he told me that he has 2 estimates to repair my *** job, and he didn't trust me!

Oasis Deck (Oasis Designer) refuses to honor their warranty.
We hired Oasis Deck (Oasis Designer) on 11-08-18 to install an Euro Tile finish on our newly built concrete pool deck and repair cracks in the concrete. Agreed on 3 payments installments which were paid on a timely manner. After completion of the job there were several imperfections on the finish.. however Mr. said they were "normal".. certainly not what we were expecting from such an expensive job. Right after we started noticing that the plastic patio furniture would stick to the finish and leave marks on our new patio. The worst part is that on March 2019 only a few months after the job was completed we started noticing large cracks appearing on the patio. We contacted *** immediately and asked him to please come to look at it and offer a solution. After that we have called and texted *** numerous times.. he does not answer. They have not even bother to come to look at the problem. Needles to say we are incredibly disappointed.. we though we were hiring a "professional" to come and provide a "professional" job. After paying several thousand dollars we ended up with a subpar product backed up by a worthless warranty.

Desired Outcome

We want them to come and repaid the cracks on the Euro Tile finish as stated in their contract and warranty.

The business owner has NOT called us, he sent a text message to my wife. He does not answers our calls. How can he be dismissing our claim when he has not even taken the time to go and see the damage?? The security gate is NOT an issue, they have the access code. The worst of the cracks is present in an area he clearly stated on the contract he would fix. Their response is totally unacceptable.

I hired Oasis Concrete(Kingscrete)almost a year ago. We agreed to have them redo our patio with Eurotile to be paid with 3 installments of payment. Each time we paid, the job was on hold for weeks. When the job was done we were pleased until we had a family get together and our tables put dents on the new patio. The concrete was not sealed well enough to prevent minor pressure. Then just this past month we noticed cracking near the perimeter of the pool! We have called, texted, emailed the business several times and he has not come to even look at the subpar workmanship. We are disappointed to say the least and the owner is very unprofessional.

Desired Outcome

Repair I want this business to back up their one year warranty and make repairs to the damaged patio. The below standard quality of the work needs to be addressed and completely corrected according to their warranty. I want an explanation why the owner is allowed to treat customers this way, its unacceptable.

The issue with this company has not been resolved.Repairs under warranty still have not been done and the workmanship is terrible. I have had to contact from other cellphones because he has blocked my phone number. I would like to warn others of this shady company. Please reopen the file on Oasis Decks and its owner.

Really happy I chose them. Jose went above and beyond to help me finish my project. Uses great material and will recommend him to others for pool decks.

Warranty for 5 years for any damage to concrete pool deck, such as hair line cracks and issues due to installation. Company is avoiding me now.
This company, through ***, completed my concrete pool deck (eurotile). Part of the agreement by *** was that he would fix the cracks that occur after the concrete sets as he stated its natural that cracks will occur. This is part of the 5 yr warranty he promised. Now he won't fulfill his contractual duties. Trying to charge me more for repairing cracks. Doesn't return my calls on time. Tells me he's busy and will contact me later. Gives me the run around.
Contract signed Jun 21, 2016. Job completed in November 2016. Problem began about 6-7 months after that on or around June 2017. I've been contacting him sporadically but continuously since then.

Desired Outcome

I would like for them to finish the job and repair what he said he would repair. He knew the cracks would happen and said it's natural and they would fix it. Then the cracks happen and he says those are extra $. Either finish the job or pay me what I will need to pay another company to fix my pool deck.

Hi' I went to mrs *** home on December 16,2017 and meet with her husband and saw her structural cracks that's is normal and is on her existing slab not our job and told her that is not our warranty, but offer to repair it, when we get some free time, Now' I made a appointment to go out there on March 30,2018 again to show her that's not our warranty and explain how we could help to fix the problem...

Mr. came to the scheduled appointment and gave me my options to repair the issue. That's all I wanted...responsiveness. I didn't want to be pushed to the side. I'm satisfied with his response.
