Review: A couple months ago, I purchased 10 cubic yards of premium topsoil from Oasis. Upon receiving the topsoil, it appeared to contain some rocks and stones, but without going through it, it was difficult to determine the extent of the rocks. After going through the entire 10 yards of topsoil, I had taken out over a 50 gallon bucket and at least one thousand pounds worth of rocks, stone, shot gun shell casings, plastic and other undesirables when trying to plant new grass for a yard. Additionally there are still many smaller rocks left in my new yard, which could cause damage to my lawnmower and is noticeable when walking through the new grass. In comparing Oasis premium topsoil to their competition and standard business practice for a high quality topsoil, this is extremely below grade and atypical. When I reached out to Oasis on several occasions, their current staff acknowledged the sub-par quality and said that they would rectify the situation. After several months of trying to resolve this problem with Oasis management, they have been unresponsive and will not return my phone calls.Desired Settlement: at a minimum half of the purchase price...
