Oasis flooring staff were rude they showed up 4 hours late for estimate then failed to call me back until I called 2 weeks later also their quote was 2,500 more than my other two quotes and that's after they gave me a so called "discount" for the trouble I had experienced earlier. They also had told my local contractor (I was only purchasing material outright) that I couldn't afford the product I wanted, so I sent them the receipt after I bought the product I wanted from another store and paid over 2000 less even after shipping!
Review: We hired Oasis to install our new backsplash. Where the backsplash meets the counter, it is cracked half way around and is cracking more each day. We contacted them around Dec. 28th and they said they would pull the records and call us back. Dec 30th, no return call so we called them again. They told us they would call us back - they still needed to pull the records. Husband called on January 4th and they said "Bill" would call back for the repairs. Bill called back and left message; we returned the call and it went to v-mail. We have not had a return call yet. We called Oasis again on January 15th, supposedly the general manager Dave would be out in the next few days to fix it. No calls, no show for repairs.Desired Settlement: We have paid in full for the work; we want the damaged tiles replaced or we want a refund in the full amount we paid of $598.30.
