Oasis Hand Wash delivered my car back to me with a fresh mark that was not there when I left it and a scratch on my window and the wash was terrible
I parked Valet at Burbank with my new Volvo *** on 7/and paid for the Hand Wash service for 80.00, when I picked up my car on 7/26, it was still visibly dirty and I identified a fresh stain of some sort on the roof I also noticed there was a scratch in the window The car was only months old and had no markings before I got there I filed a claim at the advisement of the Valet associate because he told me it was a separate service who does the handwashI called to follow up two days later and spoke to Harry *** the manager who told me he would call me back by Tuesday August He never called me I followed up on 8/8/and spoke to Harry once again He claimed he had called me but I received no phone calls or messages He then told me that there was no possibility that either issue happened due to his company and t
