Review: The owner, Mike R[redacted], came out to our home to look at our air conditioner which wasn't working. He said that it was too hot in our home to diagnose the problem and he would have to come back the next week to finish his diagnostics. We paid him the $80 fee. I called him and text him multiple times, and he was never heard from again. We paid $80 for nothing!Desired Settlement: Pay my $80 back.
