I paid for and ordered a hot-tub filter and have received no filter and no return phone calls in over one month.
On November 30, I ordered and paid by credit card in the amount of $54.13 for a hot-tub filter with Oasis Sleep Outlet, the local dealer in Caldera hot tubs. The order no. is XXXXX. I was promised delivery within two weeks. Now five weeks have passed.
I have called numerous times and left messages without return calls. I have gone by the store and no one has been there.
Delivery of promised and paid item.
Purchased hot tub on 2-19-2018, Business has lied on several occasions, defective product to start.
Waited 3 weeks for hot tub, 1 week was for motor upgrade which was a lie, manufacturer confirmed 2hp motor comes standard, delivered spa march 8 spa was defective massive leaks, was promised new spa, on wed march 15 was told new spa was in dallas, and on friday still not here I cant control shipping company was the excuse, today, march 19, manufacturer confirmed spa not delivered awaiting payment and that 2hp motor is included, *** owner/salesman has acted in a deceitfull and fraudulent manner.
Finish job, and do it right with no more lies, drop price for wasting time and lying.
Original Hot Tub was delivered and had a leak in it. Chose to order new hot tub to replace the original defective one. Has already been delivered to the customer.
