His 2nd fertilizer/weed control application was provided on 5/11/@ 3:pm(Again, this was the client's 2nd application and therefore, was a service that is billableIf he had called requesting a visit to re-spray weeds at an earlier date, then we would have provided a re-spray at no additional fee.) On 6/16/@ 9:am, when the client called to cancel services, he was informed that he still needed to pay for the services he had received, less the one payment he had made At the time he canceled he had received $in services and had only paid $That left a total of $due for all of the services he had already received Individual invoices were then generated in order to itemize the individual services that had been provided (because he had signed up for Monthly Level-Billing and therefore, hadn't been invoiced in full for the services provided up to that date All the details of the new invoices were discussed with him during the phone conversation There were numerous phone calls that we made to him and messages left before we finally received payment On 7/13/we received his full and final payment in the mail, of $233.05, dated 7/8/ In summary, the client signed up too late for crabgrass control, so his lawn has crabgrassThe client also has other weeds because he canceled too early in the seasonThe client only called us one time to complain about weeds If the client had allowed us to continue, he would have received the benefit of the other services he had requestedHe also would have received additional weed applications upon request, at no added cost We have a 45-day cancelation policy that requires a 45-day written notice before we discontinue any client's servicesAs a courtesy to the client, we did not request that he adhere to the policy Upon cancelation, the total amount was discussed with him and he agreed to pay the full amount, which he did, thankfully The client submitted comments on Google, which are mostly incorrect, similar to what he has written to the Revdex.comFrankly, we think he just wants to slander our reputation at this pointWe also think it's possible he only canceled because he changed his mind about receiving yearly lawn care As we see it, he has one valid complaint - weedsWhich, we would have been able to control the majority of the weeds had we been given the opportunity to complete the seasonAs stated before, we do not promise completely weed free lawns We tell most of our new clients that if they allow us to provide services for two full seasons, they will be very satisfiedWe rarely, if ever, are canceled after two seasons due to dissatisfaction We're not sure why he is now asking for any money back??

On 4/14/15 @ 11:06 am, the client called and signed up for 7 Fertilizer/Weed control applications, 3 lawn insect applications, & 1 grub control application. He requested our 12 Month Level-Billing Plan.
His 12 Month Level-Billing Plan began on 4/15/15 at the price of $61.65 per month. The...

first invoice was emailed to him on 4/16/15 @ 1:48 pm.
His 1st fertilizer/weed control application was provided on 4/16/15 @ 12:41 pm.
He called on 4/28/15 @ 12:40 pm, requesting an invoice, stating that he had not received one yet. His email address was verified & another copy of his 4/15/15 installment invoice was emailed that day @ 12:42 pm.
On 5/4/15 we received his first payment in the mail, of $61.65, dated 4/28/15.
On 5/5/15 @ 12:32 pm, the client called stating that he had weeds and requested that we spray again. We checked our records for his schedule and determined that he was due for his next application the following week. We scheduled his next application for Monday 5/11/15.
(We never guarantee a client that we can provide a 100% weed-free lawn. When we spray weeds, we are able to achieve a high percentage kill-rate. However, weed seeds can and will be germinating every day of the week. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that a client will not have weeds. We offer re-visits to clients that sign up for at least our "Basic Plan". When requested, we will return at no additional charge, between regularly scheduled billable services to address weeds and other items.)
His 2nd fertilizer/weed control application was provided on 5/11/15 @ 3:24 pm. (Again, this was the client's 2nd application and therefore, was a service that is billable. If he had called requesting a visit to re-spray weeds at an earlier date, then we would have provided a re-spray at no additional fee.)
On 5/16/15 @ 2:45 pm, we emailed the client's 2nd Monthly Level-Billing Plan invoice.
His 3rd fertilizer/weed control application & the grub control application were provided on 6/4/15 @ 9:31 am.
On 6/15/15 @ 5:45 pm, we emailed the client's 3rd Monthly Level-Billing Plan invoice.
On 6/16/15 @ 9:27 am, the client called and canceled all services.
(On 6/16/15 we began to provide Insect Applications to enrolled clients. Applicable clients in his neighborhood received Insect Applications on 6/17/15. The client would have received his first insect application on 6/17/15, but he requested cancelation the day before.)
On 6/16/15 @ 9:27 am, when the client called to cancel services, he was informed that he still needed to pay for the services he had received, less the one payment he had made.
At the time he canceled he had received $294.70 in services and had only paid $61.65. That left a total of $233.05 due for all of the services he had already received.
Individual invoices were then generated in order to itemize the individual services that had been provided (because he had signed up for Monthly Level-Billing and therefore, hadn't been invoiced in full for the services provided up to that date.
All the details of the new invoices were discussed with him during the phone conversation.
There were numerous phone calls that we made to him and messages left before we finally received payment.
On 7/13/15 we received his full and final payment in the mail, of $233.05, dated 7/8/15.
In summary, the client signed up too late for crabgrass control, so his lawn has crabgrass. The client also has other weeds because he canceled too early in the season. The client only called us one time to complain about weeds.
If the client had allowed us to continue, he would have received the benefit of the other services he had requested. He also would have received additional weed applications upon request, at no added cost.
We have a 45-day cancelation policy that requires a 45-day written notice before we discontinue any client's services. As a courtesy to the client, we did not request that he adhere to the policy.
Upon cancelation, the total amount was discussed with him and he agreed to pay the full amount, which he did, thankfully.
The client submitted comments on Google, which are mostly incorrect, similar to what he has written to the Revdex.com. Frankly, we think he just wants to slander our reputation at this point. We also think it's possible he only canceled because he changed his mind about receiving yearly lawn care.
As we see it, he has one valid complaint - weeds. Which, we would have been able to control the majority of the weeds had we been given the opportunity to complete the season. As stated before, we do not promise completely weed free lawns.
We tell most of our new clients that if they allow us to provide services for two full seasons, they will be very satisfied. We rarely, if ever, are canceled after two seasons due to dissatisfaction.
We're not sure why he is now asking for any money back??
