Oasis Lanes and Amusement Center

absolutely disgusted with the recent customer service i've been receiving at this place. used to go here all the time and recently the past 2 times i've gone the customer service was horrendous. The time before this last time I went the employees were being extremely rude, I spoke to a manager and they spoke with the employees, then my lane started messing up, so I told the manager at the time Pedro Garcia and he didnt do much he simply said he tried to fix it and nothing was fixed. me and my girlfriend took off since we had been waiting about 30 minutes for it to be fixed, and just told the manager we were unhappy. I asked for a number to corporate or another boss and he gives me HIS business card. Then I notice he is the food and beverage director?? which normally would be no big deal if he actually tried to handle my problems. so anyway I go again a couple days ago and AGAIN my lane messes up. we had paid for the hour, but towards the end since the lane messed up we had to wait a good 15-20 minutes before someone actually came to help us, then we try to keep playing and our game runs out??? So I asked for the manager and it is mr Pedro Garcia again. This time I told him what happened and I wanted to finish my game or receive a free game and he tells me very rudely "nobody told me your lane was messing up, I haven't heard a thing" and I told him one of his employees helped me he said hed go and ask them! Soooo he just didnt believe me orrrr? anyway he walks away and takes forever again, so I talked to another manager who I forgot his name and asked for pedro's name (which I did not know at the time) then pedro comes back and im assuming the manager told pedro I asked for his name and he looks over at me then turns away and shrugs ! I dont understand how this place is still even open with my past few times being so terrible. I used to go here often and now I am completely turned off by this place! terrible customer service, and they really need to work on who they promote to handle things like this.I will definitely not be going back.

Very good time staff was helpful and treated me and my team great,would recommend to others. Prices are fair and food is great
