Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:The first time this complaint was made I did not hear from the business by form of phone or mail I waited to hear from them so that a resolution would be made The initial reason for the complaint was the way they conducted business without my knowledge or approval, having the 'right' to deduct the fee for the overnight service used I do accept $as their response of good will As stated before, had the deal gone forward, the expense would have been expended to the company in lieu of the sale Regards, [redacted]

Tell us why here customer is correct in stating that we were trying to arrange financing , on our next meeting I assured the customer that we would return back to her credit cards a full refundthe next day because it was late that evening and the main office was closed her son was disappointed, later the salesman inform me that she had call her boyfriend to cosignwe did get it approvedthe next day boyfriend advice my salesman anything she wanted was ok with himso we told him we would overnight package and all was good until he received contractsso I feel that oasis motorco did everything to help is customer willing to pay some of the expensive incurred by this , im willing to work with herthank you

WE HAD ALREADY CORRECTED THE VIN # IN  QUESTION AND IF THE CUSTOMER FEELS THAT STRONG ABOUT US REMOVING THE NISSAN ALTIMA FROM OUR WEDSITE SO BE IT ITS BEING COMPLETELY REMOVED. PLEASE ADVICE , THANK YOU!

I am rejecting this response because: My last contact regarding this complaint was that I was willing to work with the business, meaning I wanted a portion of the money returned($70 was taken from my down payment).  I do not want to call or make contact with the business unless I have to, but I have not heard anything from the business, to date.  My complaint was that they took $70 from a down payment I had given for a purchase of a car.  Because the transaction did not go through, $70.00 was deducted for fees due to overnight shipment of the contract to another person(my friend).  The cost or fees were not brought up by any salesperson or manager.  Had I not given a down payment, there would have not been any money kept, but due to their business having control over the down payment, they found it easy to just deduct their “fee” and refund the remainder.  Thank you for any assistance to this matter.

AGREE TO DO THE LOAN AND AFTER A COUPLE OF DAYS WE INFO MR [redacted] TO KINKLY RETURN THE CAR , CUSTOMER DID SIGN THE CONDITIONAL DELIVERY AGREEMENT THAT STATES THEY CAN USE OUR CAR WHILE WE TRY TO OBTAINFINANCING. ON MY CONVERSATION WITH MR [redacted] HE STATED THAT HE HAD REPORTED OTHER DEALERS IN ORDER GET THE ATTENTION OF THE GM. SO PLEASE HELP ME RESOLVE THIS WERE SORRY WE COULD NOT HELP AT THIS TIME AND ASK THAT WE DONT GET PUNISH . THANK YOU
