On 7/26/ [redacted] called our office asking for help with her swimming pool She said that they had just purchased a house with a swimming pool, that they knew nothing about pool care and that they needed help with their pool We agreed to visit their pool that afternoon if they would pay us $for diagnosis [redacted] agreed That afternoon I visited the pool, met a gentleman there, the new owner, and surveyed the pool He said that he knew nothing about pool care and could hardly figure out how to turn on the pump I surveyed the pool and its equipment, determined that the water level was low and the filter and pool quite dirty, added some of his chemicals and charged him nothing for the visit Later we called [redacted] and told her that normally we do not work on vinyl liner pools like hers, but that we wanted to help her with her immediate problems She agreed to pay for a deep cleaning, a filter cleaning and a skimmer weir for $ We completed all this work on 7/28/and were paid for it 8/1/ She has since complained that the pool is still dirty, which means either that dirt goes through the filter (requiring filter repair or replacement) or that the "dirt" actually is mustard algae (requiring further chemical balance or possible draining of the pool) I have been caring for pools continuously for the past thirty-two years with an excellent reputation with the Revdex.com and am fully capable of caring for [redacted] 's pool, but having completed the work to which we agreed, I do not wish to do further work for [redacted]

Thanks Revdex.com for being there for us, the consumers. I had reached to the company directly in several occasions without success... it took them almost 90 days to process my refund, and probably without your intervention I'd still be waiting for resolution. So really appreciate your service.

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:As we made very clear to Oasis, yes, we had just recently purchased our home and, yes, we did not know anything about cleaning or maintaining a pool. Clearly why we were taken advantage of.Since, again, we did not know about proper pool maintenance, it is exactly why we reached out to Oasis, to provide us with that service, which they could not fulfill. Huge mistake. One of the few things I will ever regret in life!!!! They mentioned in their response how they came out on Friday July 28th, but the were not paid until August 1st, which was, first of all incorrect as the money drafted out of my account on 7/30, and also entirely on their part as they had been provided with credit card information since 07/27, the day we agreed for them to come out. Simply meaning that if they did not receive payment on 7/28 it was simply because [redacted] failed to run payment until 7/30. Thankfully, there is documentation that proves that.Also, Oasis mentioned in their response that the dirt in the pool must be from the filter. What they failed to mention is that they also serviced that during their visit, therefore, the filter should not had been an issue, unless of course that was also not properly done. At this point, who knows what they actually did do.Fortunately, we have found someone that was very professional and capable to correctly service our pool. Someone who did not have to do a "deep cleaning" and is not giving excuses as to why the pool could dirty other than it needing a cleaning. He simply came and got the job done Oasis could not.We also have no interest whatsoever in ever working with Oasis. Never again!As for the money the pocketed for whatever they so call "service" (which they refuse to refund), they shall keep that, as we have come to find out (too late) by reviews and now other pool servicing companies, that this is very common of them. In fact a formal complaint has also been made to the Independent Pool and Spa Service Association and it definitely was not the first.We believe that due to all complains placed and negative feedback it must be very difficult and strenuous for them to provide a refund and we choose to understand.We just hope this helps other consumers from making such a huge mistake as we did.Regards,[redacted]

When I reached out to Oasis to have my pool serviced, I didn't realize how efficient, prompt and dedicated they were to my needs, the continued upkeep for my pool and the level of customer service exceeded my expectations. Kevin was very friendly. He went above and beyond to complete my request ( and the pool had not been clean for months) for services and I will definitely be using them going forward. If you're looking for this type of service I would definitely recommend them to you without fail!
