I was really disappointed with the service I received from Oasis PoolsI couldn't even get someone to come out to my house and give me a quote! I tried for two weeks and left several messages before I decided they were obviously too busy for my business! The couple times I did get to speak to someone I was given the run around and told to call back another day to set up an appointment...seriously??!!! Glad I learned this before I actually hired them to build my pool!!!!!

I have been in contact with the customer. I havent had time to try to resolve issues with her.
I had contract both her and her husband and he has disappeared.
I told them initially when they signed contract that I did not guarantee concrete...

not yo crack...no one doès...yet I would see what I could to help.
She keeps trying to make out that we did something wrong..yet I didnt.
