[redacted] Young is not telling the truth what was said. She keeps putting her own words in. She was not there...

at the store. I asked when I bought the projector to their employee, [redacted], if my film does not work can I bring it back and he said yes. I knew the projector worked when I left the store cause he tried it in front of me. He did not say yes but you only get store credit. As for saying that I threated to turn them in to the Revdex.com I never said that at all. I did not even think of that tell they would not help me. I said it was ridiculous that they would not credit my credit card. I then asked for the owner and [redacted], the employee, said she is not here. I asked if Kim Flores had anything to do with the store since I know her very well and they said no but [redacted] said he would give me the owner's phone number. I also said I would not be back and left. So they are saying things that never happened. They are suppose to be a [redacted] store but they are not telling the truth what happened. I did talked to [redacted] Young the owner and all she could say was she was sorry she could not do anything. If their employee would have not said what he did it would be a different story, $65.00 is involved. I never saw any of the posting's in the store for they have about 20 different 8"x 11" posting on paper all over. Also it is on the receipt but their employee should have never said "I could return the projector if the film did not work ". Never one word about store credit when you are buying something that is $65.00. As for my daughter it was not my daughter it was my daughter-in-law and she did that on her own. Before they say things they need to tell the truth. I was not around her when she did whatever she did. I don't know what was said. You would think a [redacted] base store would want to help their customers . [redacted] Young said she would have to talk to her employee, [redacted] so it would not happen again but this does not help me in this situation. I have been in business for 35 years as a manager and would never treat me customers this way no matter who's at fault. Good only comes back to you when you help people out.

Dear Revdex.com,
We received your letter today. Thank you for the chance to respond to this complaint. I have told the truth. I have not lied nor have I a need to. Our policy is clearly stated we refund products that don't work. We offered to give a store credit even when we didn't have to in order to maintain good customer relations.
I am not the owner of the store. I was polite, listened to the story, and offered a store credit. I believe in and trust our staff. Neither [redacted] nor [redacted] are new employees and they are well liked by our customers. I had read their incident report and felt they were trying their best. I have never known them to be rude nor unreasonable.
