On Wednesday May [redacted] 2016, I placed an order via the food delivery website [redacted] for a hot grilled chicken wrap that included a bag of blue chips (which the establishment advertised on [redacted] ), a fruit parfait, and a medium tea around 9:pm When this order arrived, the chips that were advertised were missing However, trying to give this establishment the benefit of the doubt I did not worry myself about it but decided to give them another chance the next day On Thursday May [redacted] 2016, I placed the exact same order again around 4:pm through [redacted] and emphasized that the bag of blue chips needed to be included since they were advertised My meal was suppose to arrive by 5:pmHowever, later at 5:pm I received a call from the establishment that my order would be late by one hour More then an hour later, my food was finally delivered, but not only was the sandwich cold, the chips (that were advertised being included) were not in the packageWhen I attempted
