I can’t believe I’m saying this, but going to Oasis Smiles is actually FUN! I usually hate having my teeth worked on, but it’s so nice seeing and talking to the friendly staff, and DrBhor is truly the nicest dentist on the planet

Oasis Smiles they quoted me a price for all my dental work I paid up front then I only did part of the dental workIt took over a year to get a refund of my money backFirst they said they did not have to honor it because it had been over a year even though I can been asking for it through out the yearThen they gave me a checkI deposited it they put a stop payment on the check with out telling me I sent my fiance to pick up the second check for the lower amount they up coded the work I had done to get the second amountShe had a signed note from me authorizing her to get the checkWhen picking up the second check they were extremely rude said they said they did not owe the moneyThey violated hippa regulations got in her face yelling at her said this had nothing to do with herA day later I find out due to the stop payment check all of my bank accounts including my fiances over a holiday weekend were frozen until the stop payment check was clearedAll my bills and my direct deposits did not go through due to the dentist office run aroundI am still in limbo with my bank frozen due to there not wanting to pay a customer back and bad communicationWho gives a customer back a refund and on the same day instead of calling the customer to cancel the check deposit or bring the check back puts a stop payment on itThey created a sever financial hardship with all my bills being kicked back my paycheck not being able to be directly deposited etcDue to lack of good customer service and communication
