I pray for the best interest for my person, and hope you'll can help me soon. I paid the amount of $804.00 for a good service at Xpress Collision, and this is what I get ???? According to my car insurance co. I'm gonna be taking my car to a nother body shop to get the bumper light get it fix....

And what I'm asking for is that Michael [redacted] ( the owener ) reimburse me half of the money I paid for my car get it fixed at Xpress Collision, for damages to my car " they forgot the trunk was open on a raining day ",  (He admited that was a human mistake ) , for the owener ( Michael [redacted] ) being disrespectful and yelling at me, ( this is when I call the police ) He never treat me as a costumer, and the most important .. my car was not being inspected by the time I get to the place to pick it up, ( spare tire missing, about one foot of water on bottom of the trunk, and bumper light wasn't working ). I'm definitely don't recomend this place, nobody never showed me the new parts they fixed or replaced, they don't even showed me on paper...they send it to me four days later by email.... and because I requested for. I will be having the police report in a few days, I'm also willing to provide pictures of what I'm talking about, Thank you.
