My car was illegally towed from this apartment complex. They are involved in a towing scam with Black Bull towing. My car Register the night before there is no assigned parking I was tired when I moved in the apartment you can park anywhere as long as it is a e or reserved then when I called him to let them know that the car had been so she didn't even know that there was no visitors parking in the back where I stay she told me it was in building 12 which is away in the front of the apartments and we I asked her about the visitors parking and how did it work when we moved in the apartment in March she said it was no assigned parking and you were able to park where you want it as long as you didn't park in a reserved area I was it was a rental car that was told I had to pay an additional $300 for another day plus $300 to get the car out the pound I am not working in receiving unemployment and I have three keys and I want my money back This is illegal in is against the law I know my rights and if nothing is done about it on I would have to go to extreme measures because it's unfair for me to have to pay extra money that I don't half or something that I already asked you about from the beginning when I first moved into the apartments
I am seeking a refund for my car being towed of $300 then I am seeking a refund for my rental car they were supposed to be back today June 26, 2020 at 9:30 AM this morning was not able to get the car turn back in time so I was charge for a whole Nother day on my card and want a refund for the total of all $600 have receipts and pictures of the parking lot showing that there is no visitors parking where I stay in either of the areas where it was towed then I received a message from the tow truck guy and he said that he would let them know that they need to go back there and put some visitors parking spots up
There are towing signs throughout the property and all residents sign a form at move in stating our parking rules. We will not refund any amount due to it being the residents full responsibility. When the vehicle is registered online for visitor it tells you that you must park in a visitor marked spot as well. I have attached the paper she signed at move in if you need it.

We have signs throughout our property informing about towing, also all residents are very aware that there is towing and ALL visitors must park in a visitor spot and register the vehicle online. If *** has any issue with the towing rules he may contact the towing company.
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
This is the normal response from these three companies "contact the other ones". Sure Storage says they have nothing to do with the tow or the apartment complex. The apartment complex say they have nothing to do with the other two. When in reality they are all in kahoots to scam people out of their money. My friend that lives there had his car towed before mine. He still has no idea where the designated visitor section is, and he sees them towing cars almost every night. They do not inform people of the parking rules because this is how they make their money. There were no signs near the area I parked. I visited at night when signs are not visible, and they count on this. The number Kelly *** left is a main number that is never answered.

They put us in an apartment that was not ready and said our first apartment was not ready told us the apartment we are in now was ready but was not And have been having problems ever since our apartment flooded numerous of times and our ceiling came down due to water damage had to go to there corporate office to complain and was told that we would get all of our deposits and put us month to month then out a/c broke when we were told a new system will be put in then the toilets were unusable for 2 weeks and were told if we had to take a *** we needed to go to the model apartment got the city of mesquite involved and still not doing what needs to be done they provide washer and dryers since we moved in and keep changing them out because none of the dryers work please help us because I'm not the only one complained to them

We have done everything asked and required by the City of Mesquite when it comes to repairs on the apartment. We have allowed them to be released from the lease due to any issues they have had. They will be refunded the deposit as long as there are no rent,damages or cleaning costs at the time of move out.
AC unit has been broken 3 times since I re-signed my lease on 04/17/2019. It takes them a week to fix. My 69 yr old mother can live under this conditi
On April 17, 2019 I re-signed my 12 month lease. I informed the leasing office that my ac unit was out, it took them a week to come fix it. On May 15, I made an emergency call because my ac unit went out again, nothing happened. I got tired of calling the leasing office so on May 16 I email both *** who is the company that runs Oates Creek Apartments and also the leasing office. No one contacted me back, the AC unit was not fix until Tuesday May 21st, keep in mind that whole week temperatures were in the high 80s. Today, once again my AC unit is out, I called once I got home from work around 7:30PM and the emergency operator tells me that ac unit was not working only for him to tell me that those requests are not emergencies. I have my 69 yr old mother living with me and who is also on the lease, my medical conditions that make living under this situation unbearable.
I would like to move out by July 3rd and brake my lease without any penalty or charges. I have paid the month of June's rent.
