OB/GYN Consultants

I've repeatedly requested to recieve documentation via phone and in person about my records which I need to receive care.I need documentation about my medical records in order to receive much needed service from another ob/gyn. I am six months pregnant and I have been trying to receive this info for over two month but have yet to receive it. i've requested to receive it by faxing it to the ob/gyn that I am now trying to receive services from, Printing it off,and/or emailing it to me. Initially they would not respond to my requests. When they finally did, they said that they were moving out of the building that they were in, but they would not give me the address of the other site. When they finally did, I went there to receive my information, but was told that their printers and fax machines are down. So I asked to receive it by email so I can email it to my ob/gyn. I was told that they can't do it. I asked if they could email it themselves and I was told no. I feel I am out of options, and I am in danger of not being seen by anyone because of how far along I am.Desired SettlementI would like to either receive my information or for them to fax it to my new ob/gyn.Final Consumer Response The issue with Dr. [redacted] has been resolved they released my medical records, after several attempts and continually having to ask for them in person.
