I am rejecting this response because:
Although a contract was signed it should be voided given the inconvenience of no store to go toThe contracts states no refunds exchanges or store credit nowhere does it say we cannot apply a discount to your merchandise that is being applied to everyone else’s purchasesYou guys knew what you were doingYou went to the bridal expo after never going before this year to gain several clients to lock them into a contract when you knowingly were going to closeI have found that my dress is not even worth the amount you guys were selling it to me forIt is a year dress and I am apalled with how you guys are going about this situationI will continue to reject all responses until we come to some agreementI will be speaking with knowledgeable individuals on legal matters about this situation as well.

The store made the announcement of closing in April. Your signed contract was in March. We didn't have knowledge of the store closing when you placed your merchandise on layaway. I have attached the layaway agreement to this email. As clearly stated on the receipt, there are...
no exchanges or refunds. We have attempted to help you extend the layaway and let you pay past the due date because of the extenuating circumstances. Thank you.
