We went on 12/15/19 and we were not happy. There was nothing open. It was a complete waist of 30$. No one told us things would be closed.
Me and my boyfriend went around 6:30pm on 12/15/19 and expected to enjoy our anniversary trip. When receiving our tickets we were not told things would be closed till we got on the tram. It was honestly a complete waist of money seeing as we only got to ride the tram and go into two shops that by the way where closing. My boyfriend and I are extremely upset and would definitely like something to be done about this. Especially seeing as it was his first time going. Please inform us on something that can be done about this. Thank you.
Either a refund or tickets so we can enjoy on a weekend day that way we're both off
Ober Gatlinburg makes every effort to inform our Guests of our daily operating hours. We begin this process by making these hours available online through our website www.obergatlinburg.com.
Once on property, this information is again conveyed to Guests via our information Booth Staff, our Aerial Tramway Ticket Cashiers and via a video monitor inside the Tramway Mall. Last, but not least, our Tramway Cabin Attendants again reinforce exactly what is open and available once the Tram leaves the Dock.

I visited ober Gatlinburg on 1/7/18 with my family, it was a horrible experience.
I emailed ober gatlinburg on 1/8 after returning home. I did this through the feedback option on their website, I submitted my complaint and requested a refund. no one ever responded. I want someone to contact me via emnail in response and to honor my request of a full refund of $67. I will be happy to explain why I was disappointed to who ever contacts me. I do have all my receipts associated with ober Gatlinburg.
