We sent out a letter and a gift card last week According to FedEx it is our for delivery today

I am rejecting this response because: I received the May 1, Revdex.com's letter containing the company response, "We sent out a letter and a
gift card last weekAccording to FedEx it is our for delivery today" However, as of May 8, 2017, I have not received the company's letter or a gift card Does the company wish to provide a FedEx tracking number?

The business in reference to complaint ID *** originally furnished an INCORRECT FedEx tracking number *** for a package delivered on May 1, to MONTICELLO, AR; I reside in SAN MARCOS, CA.On May 9, 2017, under the CORRECT tracking number ***, I received the gift cards as compensation for the extensive mold covered Oberto Original Beef Jerky In closing, I find that this compensation is satisfactory to me and that the business needs to institute better customer service and, more importantly, better quality control over its meat products.

Oberto customer service has left a voicemail with Mr. [redacted] to confirm that the gift card has been received.

Ms. [redacted] spoke with this consumer on Friday, June 12th.  The consumer informed Ms. [redacted] that she never received the first two coupons that we mailed her via US postal service.  Ms. [redacted] confirmed the consumer's address that the coupons were mailed.  Ms Roe mailed the...

consumer more coupons via [redacted] on Monday, June 15th.  She also called the consumer this morning and emailed her the tracking number.  Ms. [redacted] will check back in with the consumer on Thursday, the expected delivery date, toensure she received the delivery.
