OB/GYN Associates of North Jersey

I visited this office for a birth control prescription on monday 9/16. I was told it would be sent to the pharmacy that day. I called back on Wednesday to notify them that my prescription was not sent. I called again Thursday and Friday. I needed it by Friday in order to avoid a pregnancy. I was put on hold for 10 minutes and no one ever got back to me. I called back to Express my frustration and got hung up on 2 times. They were completely unprofessional. I didn't actually get my prescription until my husband who is a physician called and asked to speak to the doctor on my behalf as my physician. These people have no idea how to treat patients. If someone was having a serious issue they would not be able to handle it. The treatment that the receptionists give to the patients is unacceptable.
