In response to complaint # regarding service work performed at MrBendorf’s homeMr*** asked us to setup and program the camera systemJPM sent a technician to his home and tech installed in the existing camera enclosure that was in the garageCameras were in good working order
when technician left the siteWe later received a call from Mr*** that he wanted to move the NVR from the garage location to inside the home master bedroom closetHe was concerned about the temperature and conditions in the garageI instructed Mr*** that we could relocate the NVR to a different location, but there would be an hourly charge for the serviceMr*** then said that he would move the systemWe advised him that he would need extra hardware to accomplish this and he said he would purchase the hardware and relocate the NVR himselfWe told him he could call us if he needed phone support to accomplish the taskMr*** called about weeks laterHe had moved the equipment and some of the cameras were not coming up on the screenWe did some phone support with him to see if the connections were done properlyWe concluded that we could no longer assist with the problem without a service call to check the installationSoon after we received the Revdex.com complaintWe called Mr*** and offered to come out and assist him to connect and reprogram his camera system for the new location free of chargeMr*** declined our offer to correct the problemsWe will continue to extend him this offer during the complaint process if Mr*** would like to reconsider his positionBest Regards, *** *** ***
