Failure to deliverI contacted obion county propane 4 weeks ago to deliver and hook up my house to propane. They have yet to do this task. Desired SettlementI just would like to have gas to my house. He has not answered his cell phone and does not have a voice mailbox set up and we do not have another phone# for him. The driver has already went ahead and run the line a few weeks ago. I know he had to see that but still has not called the office. In order for us to finish hooking up the line and putting a regulator on the tank, Mr.[redacted] has to be home for us to do a gas check on the system for leaks. He will then be able to get gas after this has been done. We are not allowed to hook up a system without a gas check. We tried again today to call him but still did not get an answer. We have not sent him a bill yet for the work that is already done because we wanted to finish the installation.Consumer Response (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)There has been any number from there office on my phone Do they not know to send a text or letter in the mailOn nov 7 I was contacted by[redacted] co propane telling me that they would be out that afternoo when they got done with the two deliveries they hadI took off work to wait om them and they never showed up or called. I called them on nov 13 to see what happened and the driver told anita he forgotThey came a week later and ran the line and didn't leave a note about when they would be back or anything I have seen the truck several times in the areaFinal Business Response Mr.[redacted] called 12/12/14 and did say the only time he could be there and for us to resolve this is for the driver to be there Saturday or 4:30 in the afternoon. I did tell him I could not make the driver work Saturday because he does not get paid to work on Saturdays. The driver did come in on Saturday and go run checks and delivered gas but the regulator was leaking and he is going back this morning to put another regulator on the tank. If this did not satisfy the customer we have done all we can do to make it right.
