I have gone twice for an oil change I had purchased a service package in Arizona I was told I would get excellent service at any Larry H Miller Dealership Not the case Each time hand prints were left all over the door and steering wheel The oil percentage was not reset My tire pressure was not reset No fluids were topped off I had to pull my truck out of the bay and was blocked in so that I had to maneuver my truck back and forth to exit I am not even sure I received an oil change The worse experience in customer service I have ever had in having my vehicle serviced It took a very long time for a poor job I left feeling as though I didn't even get service
Whenever I see the ad for stress free shopping for a car at Larry H Miller, I think I am still stressed a month later! He swears he did not agree to itI not only got that taken off but a total of $in extras that he had no idea what they were for Also, he had to wait hours in that cheerless office before seeing financeHe knew if I had been with him, we would have walked outHe actually is much happier driving my $16,Ford, as he understands it, but won't take this one back and try for a better deal
Scott called from the business stated that the refrigerant lines were run on the outer side of the home which was agreed uponHe ran the soffit lines and where they are located is a inch gap, no covering can be put thereHe also stated that you cant pull on the lines or you will crimp them
and damage them as wellScott stated that if the roofers had gone into the attic and looked they would have been able to see the line there and could have avoided itBecause the roofers did not do so, they damaged the line and they are the ones that are responsible for the line to be repairdScott stated he will issue no refund
