I attempted to file a response online, but was informed that I should email it to you.My response is below – [redacted] timeline is somewhat accurate On December 18th of last year, I provided [redacted] a free consultation to discuss her resume and its potential preparation At that time, she was provided with pricing information and a good deal of information about the resume that I would prepare for her She said she needed to think about itOn January 23, 2018, she contacted me indicating that she wanted me to prepare her resume We again discussed her resume, and I again informed her how I would structure her document At that time, she paid me the fee (as is my custom), and I indicated that I would email her the resume in a week to days for review. On February 1st, I emailed her the resume A number of days later (I cannot attest to the accuracy of this portion of [redacted] timeline), we spoke about her resume During this conversation, she indicated that she wanted the resume structured differently than we had previously discussed At that time, I informed her that, although she was requesting a significant change to the document to which we had agreed, I would modify it and send her a revised version for review We did not discuss precisely when that modification would be completed Given the fact that she was initially informed that she would received a draft of her resume in 7-days, however, one would expect that a significant modification to the resume could not be done instantaneouslyA couple of days later, I received notification from my credit card service provider that [redacted] was seeking return of her payment I ceased any further revision of the document at that time Nonetheless, I delivered to [redacted] a high-quality resume written according to our agreed upon terms within the agreed upon timeframe I am attaching a copy of the draft of her resume to this email

To all customers who use ***'s Dry Cleaning for services at any/all locations:
Be aware that these associates along with ownership have zero customer service skills and no desire to help resolve any mattersI brought in my $comforter to be dry cleaned as they promote on their website:
"Let us keep your bedspreads, comforters, pillows, tablecloths and other household items clean and fresh."
and they ended up damaging it (sections of it have been shrunk and the material is distorted and rough)I reached out to the location and brought it back for them in an attempt to correct the issue on Friday, April 20th,I was informed that they would send it to their supervisor who was going to attempt to repair it or they may have to file a claim if it can't be repairedThey sent it to their supervisor who then returned it to the store on Friday, April 27thI ope

I prepared a resume and cover letter for [redacted] with which she seemed pleased.  Subsequently, [redacted] engaged me to prepare a LinkedIn Profile and to utilize 2 hours of time in searching for and submitting her documents for appropriate positions.  I completed the profile and...

provided the hourly services.  Thereafter, [redacted] contacted me with concerns about the LinkedIn Profile with an email sent at 2:02 am on 9/21.  As with any documents I prepare, I indicated to her that I would attempt to address her issue.  Writing and revision of materials, however, are not typically completed instantaneously.  In an email sent at 6:12 pm on the same day (9/21), [redacted] indicated that "services were not rendered" and she wanted a "full refund."  Regardless the fact that changes were not made in the 16 hours between email messages from [redacted], the materials I prepared for her were very well done.  Since I do not see a means of attaching other information, I will be sending an email to [redacted] (the Revdex.com representative from whom I received the complaint correspondence) with a copy of this response and an attached Profile Summary (maximum 1900 characters including spaces) that I posted on LinkedIn.  I do not believe that a refund is entitled in this matter and am prepared to defend my work and enforce my reputation, if necessary, against all affiliated parties in a court of law.

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:I am unhappy with the way I was portrayed. I feel a disgruntled patron of a business should be top priority.  Mr. P[redacted] wants to be paid in advance. Ironically,I had to wait several days past the anticipated date for my resume. I had to wait a few days before Mr. P[redacted] began to work on said LinkedIn profile. As a clearly upset customer, I was unwilling to wait for changes to be made. Please take a closer look at what Mr. P[redacted] uploaded.  I do not like the quotes he utilized, the generic summary, nor the special interest/hobbies section which bled together and read like a childs solicitation to play with jewelry and make-up.  I expressed privacy concerns and I do not know what would prompt Mr. P[redacted] to choose my exact location over the option of "the Greater NY Area". The writing on the LinkedIn profile is not the same quality as the resume. (Copies of all correspondence between myself and Mr. P[redacted] were sent to Ms. Warren).  Mr. P[redacted] attended Villanova law school and his education is evident in the resume writing and when he defends himself.  Mr. P[redacted] advised me to upload a photo. Mr. P[redacted] does not adhere to his own counsel. He does not have a photo on the LinkedIn profile, he does not have his exact location broadcasted, and he does not indicate that he has a law degree on his profile. I have too many questions and concerns to accept Objective Resumes response.
