I purchased a vehicle 2013 [redacted], at first I looked around the vehicle inside and out to see if it had dents, dings, or scratches, and didnt noticed any so I was happy with it. The car salesman even said "That's your car". even went for a test drive. So I signed on to what I thought was my car, A few weeks later they called us, to tell us that we took the wrong car off the lot. They told us they had an identical car in the lot, So I drove the car back to the dealership, and then they drove out with this identical car, swithced my plates, But then I noticed that there was a dent on the rear passenger side door, a piece missing/cracked off from the left front where the wheel is located. a recognizable scratch across the steering wheel and inner left passenger side, and scuff marks on both visor area. I tried going back to the dealership twice and wouldn't resolve anything just saying thats the car I signed for, and buff out the dent.Desired SettlementI would like a settlement or replace this current vehicle I have rite now, beacause I'm not happy when they switched cars on me,[redacted]
