Review: "Billing issues": Fraudulent charges for services not rendered."Contract issues": Charged more than our contractual agreement and refused to give refund even when the address on our bill was not correct and the services on that bill did not align with the property the services were contracted for."Customer Service Issues": I left several courteous messages in January & February reporting non-receipt of the reimbursement check he stated he would send. I also left courteous messages during March 2014 identifying the incorrect service address which explained the $5.00/visit error.(for services rendered during December 2013 and paid for on Dec 28, 2014, then discovered the overcharge and incorrect service address. He never returned my calls). I finally reached the owner this evening 3/19/14 and he rudely and loudly stated "...he didn't care if it was the wrong address/bill, he earned what he charged me and he wasn't going to send me any refund and we could take him to court for a higher fee and it was our word against his". I was threatened with harassment charges if I contacted him again. The rudeness, disrespect, dishonesty, and deceitfulness of the owner is quite upsetting.Desired Settlement: A refund of $5.00 per visit (overcharge for contractual agreement of $15.00 per visit for snow removal but charged $20.00 per visit as the incorrect address was billed to us, and that address received additional services which our service address did not: it didn't even have the walkway that address had had serviced). The original bill was for 11 visits for the month of December but one was credited at the time of payment as we knew there was not more than 3 in. of snow fall on every date billed

Review: My 79 year old mother had cement steps put in 10/2014. They broke her front screen door and have not replaced it yet. It took months for them to cleanup the debris from the construction. Now the steps have a crack and need repaired.Desired Settlement: The screen door needs to be replaced.The front steps need repaired.
