When we found out that the used car that we had purchased from [redacted] Chevrolet had been wrecked in the past (did not show up on CarFax at the time of purchase), Mr. [redacted] went out of his way to make it right on our trade in of that car and purchase of another vehicle, even though they were not at fault and it had been almost three years since we purchased the car from them. Would do business with them again and recommend them highly.

Review: I have requested multiple times to removed from their mailing list. The last time a mgr. stated he would do it. I still receive their advertisments with their 'toxic' keys. Our mail carriers have to open the boxes near ventilation. I do not want to receive their mailings.

Upon receipt of the complaint from [redacted], I contacted the marketing company we use requesting that the names [redacted] and [redacted] at [redacted] be removed from all future mailings for our sales.

The marketing company, [redacted] of [redacted], has assured me that they have added these name(s) to their “do not mail” lists. Please see their letter of September 8th attached.

I apologize for the inconvenience this caused Ms. [redacted] and would request that should there be any future issues, Ms. [redacted] contact me directly at ###-###-####.

p.s. I have also been advised that [redacted] will modify future mailer’s adding a web-site recipients can access to request deletion of their names from future mailings.

Review: For several years, I attempted to be removed from their mailing list. A couple years ago, I reported them to Revdex.com, and for a short time, the issue was solved. They then began sending their toxic/non-recyclable adds in my husband's name. I called and spoke w/ Mr. O'brien who was rude and stated, "Well, it worked. They're not coming in your name. I have no control over it." Both my husband and I have used the DMA site to avoid junk mail (me in both my married and former name.) After that call, we did not receive ads from them for some time; however, I just received yet another ad with key. If it matters, it is still to my former name just as it was before. What do I have to do to remove our address from his data base? If this is his business, shouldn't he have some "control" over his advertising? I only wish not to receive garbage. I never thought that was unreasonable or that it would be this difficult.Desired Settlement: Remove us & our address from your data base & send no further advertisements or publications.
