O'Brien Service Company; Heating & Air Conditioning

My wife and I had a heat pump and air handler installed on June 1,2015. We met with Mike [redacted] prior to the install for information about the best system and go with and quality of the equipment. Mike thoroughly explained all aspects of each and how it will benefit our home.
The install started right on time, June 1 @ 8am. The install team and techs ( 5-6 )
worked 10 hours and were super men. Answering any questions we had and how the system works. They were very respectful and courteous to both of us.They never complained throuout the 10 hours they worked even thou it was very hot in the attic.
Our compliments to the O'Brien company for training there employees so well.

Total Professionalism!! I had to completely replace one of the units in my house. They made the whole process very easy. I was very pleased with their attention to details. All of their staff was very personable and respectful. I was also totally impressed with the quality of the Trane equipment they installed. I HIGHLY recommend O'brien Heating & Air.

Chris J. did a fine job. He called to notify us he was on the way, arrived promptly, and thoroughly inspected our system. He then met with us to explain what was done. We have come to expect the best of service from O'Brien, and Chris represented the company well.

We all dread calling the A/C man for repairs but O'Brien is by far the best I have used to date. Professional and courteous service tech even though the heat index that day was 110 degrees, Chris never complained. I offered him cold bottled water while he worked. Repairs were made to my expectations and couldn't be happier. Will use and recommend to anyone from now on.

I had two competitive quotes to totally replace my HVAC systems and Mike with O'Brien made the sale. He and his subsequent install team were knowledgeable, prompt, courteous and neat in their work. They readily answered all my questions and then followed-up with a service call by Chris to make some minor adjustments. This was a major HVAC tear out and re-install of a large residential zoned system. I am very pleased with their work and the performance of the new system. Mike was thorough in explaining my warranty details and financing options. I will definitely recommend O'Brien to anyone looking for HVAC service.
