If another shop was able to fix the problem, then that leads me to believe that the proper part was not used or a makeshift repair was done. O'Brien's automotive only repairs vehicles in the proper way and does not compromise in quality or safety.
In terms of a diagnostic fee, the diagnostic time was used to find the problem and explained to the customer prior to service.
