this students directly thru the proper school channels.With regard to the kit items, all student kits are issued as needed for instruction. All materials that the classes needed to use on a regular basis were issued. There are some kit items which are "add-ons" for students to use after graduation. Those items will be dispersed as necessary. As far as staffing, again, in a general forum, we have a strong curriculum established, a new educator was hired, with much lead time to take the students thru the massage portion of the class. This unfortunately proved to not be a good fit for either party. When we realized this was a challenge, we immediately hired new staff and there was a one week lapse which the students were given esthetics review, which is what they were asking for as well. This is to keep the esthetic portion of their education fresh for them to be able to take their state board tests.We immediately brought in a course coordinator who is experienced with our program and has taught with us extensively. Her role was and is to coordinate with massage staff and make sure the curriculum is followed, checking in with students on a weekly basis as well.The program as a whole is a spa program, consisting of 1200 hours, in both massage and esthetics. In order for any student to take their state board testing, they must finish the course in its entirety, graduating with all necessary hours.
