Staff is discourteous and put malicious allegations about me in an email.[redacted] was contracted by my ex-husband to move his belongings out of my home. I told them (repeatedly) that I am avaiable any weekday after 6PM and on any weekend. They said they only work until 5PM and also put in writing to my ex-husband that I was "uncooperative" and "rude". [redacted],owner, called me to demand what time I could be available for the move. When I repeatedly told him of the times I was available, he indicatd he did not work those hours, was demanding and then hung up on me. He demanded I provide a time that I was avaiable which fit into his desired work day. He hung up on me. Unprofessional, discourteous and inexcusable behavior. And, the fact that he and his staff put untrue allegations about me in writing is slanderous and unacceptable.Desired Settlement[redacted] needs to retrack his untrue allegations and apologize for his rude and demanding behavior.Business Response [redacted] called into our office and inquired about our moving services. He asked that we contact [redacted] to make arrangements to move some items out of her residence. I contacted [redacted] to set up a date to move 4 or 5 pieces, including a piano. After speaking to [redacted], she informed me that there were several more items than what [redacted] had mentioned to me and she thought it would be better if we set up an appointment to do an estimate. At that time, I set up a time and date for our estimator to look at the items in question. She called back a couple of days later and advised that her schedule would not allow that particular date and time so we set up another appointment. That one was also cancelled and she advised that it would have to be after 6:00 pm or on a week-end. I advised her that our hours of operation were Monday through Friday, 8-5 with the last appt being scheduled about 3:30. [redacted] found this to be unacceptable.[redacted], our estimator, then called her to see if he could accommodate her scheduling request. At that time, he let her know he would be willing to make an exception and meet her in the evening. He asked what time would be acceptable for him to come out, meet with her and complete the estimate.She replied as follows, "I already told you, anytime after 6:00pm." He proceeded to ask her again, "what time, after 6:00 pm would you like me to set the appointment time for?" She then replied in a raised voice, with a very condescending tone, " I cannot be any more clear with you , ANYTIME AFTER 6:00." He then relayed to her that he would have to check his schedule and call her back. He then called [redacted] and left him a voice message stating that we would not be able to help him out with his moving needs.[redacted] then called back and asked [redacted] to send a quick e-mail confirming how we were treated by [redacted].
