As we have explained to customer, her package is shown on [redacted] website to have been delivered to the address provided on April **, As is clearly stated on our website, " [redacted] *** [redacted] " Despite this, we emailed the customer stating that if she was able to put in a claim with her local postal authority, as we detailed in our email, we would be able to better accommodate her and, that contingent on the results of the claim filed, we would be able to send a replacementWe did not receive a reply to this email, just another demand for a refund this time via the Revdex.comThe customer remains welcome to file the claim with her postal authority, so that we can resolve this matter

Review: They must be selling these 65% off lip tars because they are defective! The description clearly says these are intense opaque colors that dry to a matte-semi-matte finish, that is a complete lie! I purchased the color Interlace and Pris and they both have barely NO color. They are SHEER, not opaque and do not dry to a semi-matte finish. They dry to a CLEAR gloss. I emailed them stating my complainant and they did not care one bit and just told me to rub the tube together in my hands to warm it up because the oils can settle and make the color not come out as well. I did exactly what they said and nothing changed, it is a almost clear gloss. Just worthlessDesired Settlement: I desire a complete refund including shipping cost. I will ship the lip tars back to the company

As per our advertised Return Policy, a customer can return any product within 14 days for any reason or no reason at all. We have issued the refund as requested. It is not necessary to return the products to us as they have been used.

Review: On September [redacted], I placed an order on Obsessive Compulsive Cosmetics' website. I later received a package from Obsessive Compulsive Cosmetics containing someone else's order with an invoice inside of the package for a different order number, name and address. I did not receive the product that I had ordered. My shipping information had been adhered to the outside of someone else's package. Understanding that mistakes happen, I contacted their customer service department via email ([redacted]) to let them know about the error and to give them a chance to amend the situation. After waiting two days with no response, I called the store. They told me that they could not help me and that I would have to email [redacted]. After explaining to them that I had already sent an email and had not received a response, they told me that it might take some time because of Labor Day. I waited several days after Labor Day and still heard nothing. I then called their customer service line ([redacted]) and was told that they would send me the product I had ordered along with a return shipping label to send back the package that they had mistakenly sent. I received no apology. I asked if I would be receiving a tracking number to confirm that they were actually rectifying the situation and sending me the correct product. The customer service representative said yes, I would receive a tracking number. A week has gone by now and I still have not received a tracking number. When I emailed Obsessive Compulsive Cosmetics again to inquire about why they never sent me a tracking number and asking for a refund if they were not intending to send the product I had ordered, they once again ignored my email. I have also tried contacting their very active social media account and have received no response. It is very clear that they are ignoring the situation in hopes that I will just go away and that they have zero intention of holding themselves accountable and correcting their mistake.Desired Settlement: At this point, I do not trust Obsessive Compulsive Cosmetics to send the correct product since they refuse to contact me and send a tracking number for my product. I would like a refund for the product I have ordered and have not received.

Review: I placed my first order with OCC on 9/**/15. I received my order on 10/*/15. One of the items I was supposed to receive was not in the order( The Loose Colour Concentrate , in the color Lemarchand.) . Instead they put in a tiny test tube of lip gloss. I tried to call their customer service number right away@2pm, but the message box was full. So I then emailed them @ 2:30pm with the order # and explained the situation. I sent another email that same day @7:30 pm. I sent another email on 10/*/15 to Sasha in customer service. I have had no response from anybody, and I am very frustrated. I have paid for this item, and have tried everything, but to no avail. On their website under Policies, it states, "[redacted]" "Any merchandise that is missent will be immediately replaced. Please report any missing products immediately upon receipt." I had also requested in my email ,an authorization code to return one of the other items in the order. It states in their policies that you must contact them for an authorization code to return something, then send the item back with the order receipt. This must be done within 14 days of purchase.Desired Settlement: What I would like, is to receive the item that I have paid for. This is the Loose Colour Concentrate, in the color Lemarchand. I am willing to forget the return authorization code, I will keep the other item. I just want the eye shadow sent and will not order anything from this company again. Thank you.
