Thank you for sending me this complaintI was not made aware of the issue by either of the employees who were working at the timeThe second employee who Mrs*** dealt with is no longer employed by Obsidian Vape, due to similar issues.Generally, when we have issues of a tank leaking, it is
because the customer isn't using the product properly, however, if the customer has the original receipt, or the debit/credit card, I can probably find the original transaction and will refund their moneyThe customer must come in to the shop Monday through Friday, between 10:AM and 2:PM, which is when I am in the shop.I hope this will resolve the issue for this customer
