Mr. [redacted] is correct. There is a mistake in the catalog on this item. It should be listed as each on the item listing as the item above it is listed. It is shown as a pair at 9.95. We would be more than willing to take the item back and...

give him the full refund he paid for the item since it is a typographical error in our catalog. It is listed as each in our system when it is sold so I'm certain that is was a miscommunication at the time of selling.
If he would still like the other side I would also be more than willing to get him the other side and cover shipping out to him as well if he would like to pay the $9.95 and we can cover shipping of the other side, that is an option as well. If he does not want to do this I can also offer a PRP label (which is a prepaid label to return the piece he has now via Fedex) to get the item back to us at no cost to him.
I will leave that in his court. Both options are available to him and are always available anytime we have an issue arise with a misprint in a printed catalog. Errors do happen. We try to catch them but the catalogs are so massive, we don't catch them all and we strive to correct any errors that do come up with the best business practices that we can.
We do not refuse to honor our catalog printing as he states - it is simply an error in printing and we can not give away parts for free. We can either accept the item for return or get him another and cover shipping out to him and apologize for the printing error. Either option is available to him for the next 30 days.

Since they do admit it is their error, I want the purchase price and the original shipping cost refunded. That comes to a total of $20.94. I will return the item to them with one of their prepaid labels. I feel that I should incur no costs for their error, including the $10.99 charged for the delivery of the erroneous item.

We had sent Mr [redacted] a PRP label for return of the merchandise. We have also since refunded in full his purchase. We actually did that today in hopes that we would be receiving the merchandise in the mail soon. We will resend another PRP label just in case he has not received the original label. They are sent through the regular US mail in a plain company letterhead envelope. We will be looking for the parts to be returned as we have already refunded Mr. [redacted] purchase in full. We feel this is an amicable resolution to his complaint and hope he complies with the solution in kind.
