We don't have a valid warranty registration on file, which needed to be mailed in by the buyer within ( 30) days of the purchase

I've sent my registration in directly after purchase I can not confirm whether you received it or not because you don't answer your business email or phone number I've provided my receipt of purchase here which contains all the information that was on your warranty registration card So you are now able to register my purchase if you already haven't

very easy for you to say that you don't have my warranty registered With the fact that you don't answer your business phone or email, I wouldn't be surprised if you simply through away all your mail I mail all my warranty registrations in especially for items that are very expensive and especially if they have a lifetime warranty I have attached a copy of my receipt so you can see that I am Iindeed a customer I kept it for exactly this reason

Obx responded to me before this way which I explained I have the original package and there was no warranty card and obx said all products come with a warranty cardI told obx there was no warranty form or card and they stop dealing with me at this point I sent numerous emails stating that it is possible there was no form sent out and got no responseBefore this the reason was it was installed wrong and that was the reason the claim was dismissedObx comes up with a new reason each timeAnd the reason before that was it was over days but the gear has a lifetime warranty on manufacturing defectsSo there new excuse is no warranty from was filled out and I stated I never recived one and there response was as stated as aboveIt is possible I never recived a form or card and they said it was notI never recived a card or form but I still have the package it was sent and the receipt so why would I not have the form or cardI have the warranty on my phone a picture of it installed correctly and proof of purchase and all items were sent to obx and still they don't care and the are rude and nasty to there customers and they will not stand behind there product or warranty

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: that is not true!  Have purchased two sets of these headers and I have sent in both warranty registrations.  These products are defective I have proven that and would like financial re-embursement of the parts at the very least!  If not I will be seeking legal action for both sets of headers as well as the installation cost and the damage repair to the vehicle.
