Review: I have had the interlock in my car as required since September of 2015 without any issue. I pay the fee monthly and also have no issues doing so. On Febuary 9th of 2016 I left my car to go into [redacted] and came back about 15 minutes later. My device said " Free Retest" which I knew was not right because that is only applicable if you are away for 2 minutes. I clicked it to the side hoping the normal screen would come up. It locked me out for 15 minutes. I called to see what was happening and was told to wait the 15 minutes. 20 minutes go by and nothing so I call back. I spoke to [redacted] on the phone and he had to do a hard bypass on the machine. He told me to come to [redacted] to fix it and I told him I couldn't that day I was at work and they close at 5 by with enough time I can do so the next morning I just needed to let management know. We hang up. Car isn't leaving park. I call back and let him know and he tells me it's my transmission. I told him that doesn't sound right because everything was great till this happened and my car is only a few years old. My car turns on I just can't leave park which means it has to do with the interlock. He then go offs on me and says " [redacted] you you [redacted] it I have a [redacted] it's your [redacted] car call [redacted] it's their fault." I remain calm and say ok ill cal [redacted] and call you back. I speak with them and it has nothing to do with the transmission they said. I call back and a nice man helps me and says he will try to get someone to come down and fix it. I say thank you and leave it at that. When they came down they said it was no charge since it was the machine and that they had to take it out to test it. What they really did was charge me $50 with out me authorizing it and suspended me from the interlock program which could cause me to lose my license. All because I told [redacted] it couldn't be the transmission and he cussed me out and couldn't handle the issue. I hvw tried calling to see why I was lied to with NO response from anyone.Desired Settlement: I would like the device back on my car. It was supposed to be fixed because the device had the problem. After they took it off my car for "testing" they never contacted me. I have called multiple times. I do not think its right to be lied to about why they were taking the device and to be charged the money when I was told there wasn't a charge. Everything was done behind my back all because [redacted] couldn't handle me saying it wasn't my transmission and he had to cuss me out.
