Review: On 1/25/15 Went to receive a car and sign paperwork for it from Owner [redacted] aka [redacted] at OCAutosource. Questioned what is this money on line 7 Amount Financed $1,842.65. Owner said I don't owe any money it is for DMV. I have to put an amount on the Bill of Sale. Annual Percentage and Finance Charge has 0 amount. Payments and Price is $1,842.65 with 1 Payment due 3/9/15. Text Message: Owner said He was sending papers to His home so He can fill out paperwork and get insurance. I got Car Insurance. On several occasions I asked the Owner for the Title and if I owe any money. He said No, I don't owe any money. I gave you the car. However I never received the Title after promised He would. This was and is unfair and deceptive practices by the Owner [redacted] to alter paperwork for the DMV. On 4/20/15 Went to DMV to file for lost Title and Registration. Only had License Plates and month sticker. DMV said I should received them together the Dealership really missed up. The package was sent to the Owners Home Address/ he kept the Registration. DMV gave me the correct Registration with my address and year sticker. However couldn't give me the Title because OCAutosource has a lien on Car- says I owe them money, I need to speak to them to release liability to receive Title. On 4/21/15 I asked for the Title and if I owe any money. He said I don't owe any money. Bring the car in I will fix windshield wipers,fluids,blinker,and detail the car then give you the Title. I couldnt cause I had other plans. On 4/22/15 The Owner asked for the Car and Keys Back. Due to this message: On 4/23/15 I sent a Notarized Letter and Certified Mail with return postal signature to OCAutosource requesting the pay off amount of the car to receive my Title within 10 Days. Due to these certain issues the Owner of OCAutosource [redacted] was Dishonest; Unfair; Uses Deceptive Methods of Practice and Dealing illegal Practices with the DMV and Me with the Purchase of the Vehicle which was a Free GiftDesired Settlement: I would like to receive the title for my vehicle as promised.
